If there is a zero or negative score, i would chose that. Paid for a bouquet of flowers but it hasnt not arrived yet.. their promise of same day delivery until 8pm is not true. It is now 11:54pm nearing the end of feb14 and still no delivery. They cant even tell the status or whereabouts of the order. I hope this doeant happen to anyone because it is truly disappointing. I felt scammed or maybe it is! Beware.

Update: (to be fair)
I just saw an email at 10:26pm informing me that delivery will be moved to Feb15. Too late!!! Again on your website it says "All Order Accepted will Processed within Feb14, 8am to 8pm". Dont you think it is just right for you to inform before 8pm? Im not after anything.. i might not even request for refund. This is just soooo disappointing!!! I hope you admit it...

I paid 1,718.85 Peso ( $ 34.10 ) for a flower bouquet. It is probably worth of 200 Peso. Cheap quality. Waste of money... I will never use them.

I have been in this company for a long time. I witnessed the changes for all their arrangement from flowers, wrappers and the way the handle the items. It is true that there is always a room for changes and lessons as well. PHILFLORA is 20 years by this year and I can say we are doing our best to put smile in the faces of all our customers. They were able to help me out even though I did an inquiry late at night already. I am abroad and needed help to send flowers to my mother’s wake. The flowers were delivered the next day and same as how it shows in their website. They are very accommodating. Thank you for your great service!
