Amazing personal service! You very very rarely get this level of service any more! Great communication and follow up! They were very concerned that I was happy with their product. The product is expertly made and a great asset to my business! Would give them 10 Stars if I could for the product and ten Stars for the service. Absolutely second to none!
Clamp issue has been fixed and no need to readjust all the time.

Well made pole which feels sturdy with a £2k+ camera and lens attached on top.

Takes a little practice to understand how the pole responds to gusts of wind, so best to start at half way height and then slowly increase the height so you can get a feel for how much resistance you need to apply to balance the weight of the pole.

I initially gave 4 stars because the screws on the quick release clamps had a tendency to come loose, however this feedback was acknowledged by Photomast and they posted me out newly designed replacement clamps to address the issue.

Overall very pleased with the quality and performance and would recommend this product.

Super Produkt für spezielle Perspektiven! Fühlt sich qualitativ sehr hochwertig an. Der Photomast wird bei mir an Events und Orten im Einsatz sein, an welchen das Fliegen mit der Drohne nicht erlaubt ist. Habe mich für die 8m Variante in Kombination mit einer Canon 5DsR entschieden. (Verbindung zum Smartphone über den preiswerten Canon W-E1 WiFi Adapter im SD Slot.) Am Photomast schätze ich, dass er beim Transport wenig Platz in Anspruch nimmt, einfach zum Tragen ist und am Wichtigsten: Dass er in einer Menschenmenge ganz diskert und ohne Platzprobleme ausgefahren werden kann. Die einzige «Schwachstelle», die ich ausmachen konnte ist möglicherweise der Gummifuss am Boden, obwohl auch der einen sehr robusten Eindruck macht. Vielleicht wird der mit der Zeit spröde und könnte beim Kippen des Photomasts eines Tages kleine Risse bekommen. Fazit: Kann den Photomast uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke John.

De Photomast is een kwaliteitsproduct, praktisch in gebruik en het bedrijf heeft een goede service.

Ondertussen ruim 2 jaar enthousiast gebruiker van de Photomast. Producten zijn gewoon goed en geven mij extra mogelijkheden bij regelmatige opdrachten. De service van John is top ook bij een recentelijke update van de Camranger. Van harte aanbevolen!

Great pole for aerial-like photographs. I also have a drone and the photos taken on my full-size DSLR using this pole are much greater quality than those taken with the Phantom 4 Pro drone. I use it to shoot homes for ale (real estate). My favorite elevation for most photos is about 15'-20' high, but I do appreciate the 30' length when I want to capture the scenery behind the house or when trees are blocking the house so I can go above them.

Top class product accompanied by excellent service!

Mit dem Photomast bin ich sehr zufrieden, er ist von guter Qualität, handlich, passt in Kleinwagen, leichter als ich dachte, dennoch stabil, einfach in der Bedienung, schnell zum Einsatz und zuverlässig. Nur die Verbindung der Smartphone-Halterung mit dem Mast finde ich … suboptimal gelöst;) Aber auch mit der Kleinigkeit, das Produkt ist klasse und ehrlich zu empfehlen. Danke!

Auf der Suche nach einer mobilen und gleichzeitig qualitativ hochwertigen Lösung für meine Immobilien-Fotografie und Baustellendokumentation bin ich auf PHOTOMAST gestoßen. Ich hatte im Vorfeld "nur" schriftlichen Kontakt mit John und ich bin absolut begeistert von seinem Service, der Beantwortung all meiner Fragen und vor allem der Schnelligkeit, mit der John jede Frage schriftlich beantwortet hat.

PHOTOMAST is great!

I'm using the photomast for over 4 years now, and it is a great addition to my equipment. It's a great product which allows me to be even more creative and get the shots you normally aren't able to get.

The quality of the product is stunning, and the service of the photomast-team is even better!

Photomast is compact, light and extremely solid; a perfect tool which i use very often on my shoots as event-photographer to get the best overview-shots possible!
