A special mention to Zoe Weeks, who is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries. She makes the whole process of organising our Christmas decorations straightforward and hassle-free, and always gets everything sorted promptly. It's a pleasure dealing with someone so efficient and customer-focused. Highly recommended!

We decided to try PHS Greenleaf again and see if they could redeem themselves after a previous bad Christmas tree. We ordered frosty morning which is mostly white. Its a lovely tree display, but you can barely see the lights and they are battery operated so not only did we have to buy more lights, more batteries. At least for what you charge, provide plug ins. It just didn't stand out unfortunately, needed more sparkle as in lights and it was dim. Late delivery and pick up was due for the 7th, then after asking why they hadn't picked up, told the 12th. Our tree is in the main reception. Everyone asking when its going, embarrassing unlike most offices, theirs have been removed. We are having to move ourselves now to hide. Lovely tree, overpriced and costing us to provide more lights and batteries, and move ourselves, can get better and cheaper. If it wasn't for me contacting them, they wouldn't have bothered to at least out of curtsey, let us know. For that unfortunately we wouldn't use again.

Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with, he is always very polite professional and friendly. His knowledge of the plants we have is excellent, gives me advice on the plants and keeps me informed of everything. If there is ever a problem with any plants he tells me what the solution will be and works to maintain the plant to the high standard he always gives.

We have always had a great experience using PHS for Christmas Trees, at Stepping Hill Hospital.
Zoe and her team have always been really helpful when providing and installing the internal trees and external tree on site.
We have another arriving tomorrow, which I’m sure will be as stunning as previous years.
