Very helpful and efficient! Easy from booking to having test done to getting results

The test it self was quick and easy to do.
But they did completely mess up my results. No email all day after saying it would be a few hours. Phoned up to get it sent and they sent someone else's information. Passport number, name and address. So pretty poor for information security.
Considering the trip, costing me hundreds of pounds, was riding on the results I wasn't too impressed.
However the lady I spoke to on the phone got the issue sorted out aspa and I got my results. So 10/10 for her help and support.

My test was performed by Ceasars, a very knowledgeable, highly skilled and highly emotionally intelligent professional with an extremely pleasant character. He explained to me in detail every step of the process and what would follow. I received the results orally within few minutes and then I received the results of my test on my email in less than a couple of hours.

From the initial enquiry with Physiowork via telephone to conpketing out LFT and receiving the result, the service and staff were brilliant and professional, and fully empathetic to our needs. We heeded a swift result and were not disappointed.
I have nothing but praise for the staff and speed of their service. First class. Would recommend Physiowork to anyone needing a truly professional service.

Had to find a last minute early morning lateral flow test on a Saturday to enable me to fly early the next morning. Physiowork were the only company I could find in Norfolk or Suffolk who offered the required time at such short notice. Really appreciate their help in arranging the test and coming in at such short notice to complete it - 5 star service throughout. Thanks!

Great experience. Easy to book, easy to find and fast results. Hopefully won’t need to test on next trip but would definitely come back if need another test to fly.

We had to wait a while past our appointment times and the testing was a little odd as the practitioner had very limited english. On arrival at our holiday destination our test was rejected as it had not been done by a clinical professional. A complete waste of money. I emailed the comany for comment and did not get a response.

Excellent service by a super efficient polite young man.

We learned we needed a COVID test before returning to USA the next day and were able to schedule the four of us and get results at the Bury St Edmons site within a few hours of calling for the appointment. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and courteous. If needed, we would certainly go there again. Our friend we were visiting was also able to find about other services they were needing for their sons. Highly recommend.

Certifly app did not accept my order number and I couldn't get my test result I had to download another app and ran out of time

Hi, we attended in Kings Lynn on 20th for Rapid Antigen tests which were fine. Received paperwork and printed off.
However, when we produced the paperwork on entering Barbados they declined us entry stating the paperwork was insufficient/ incorrect but they would not clarify why or how.
We had to re-take a further Rapid Antigen test within the Customs Area of the airport and once Negative Tests confirmed we were allowed to enter.
We feel that it was a random spot check rather than the paperwork provided as there were other travellers complaining of the same.

Very friendly and explained process thoroughly.

Awful service - certificate expired after 48 hours which left us at airport unable to download expired certificate to show crew.

Nearly cost us a £5k Cuban holiday

Why on earth would a certificate cowrie after 48 hours when it needs to be shown a day later

Arrived for my pre departure rapid antigen test on Thursday 7th April 2022 and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady called Natalie (apologies if I'm wrong on the name, but you know who you are!) My partner couldn't attend as he had just had a positive lateral flow test at home. I was somewhat upset under the circumstances but she was so understanding. Thank you.
My test was quick and easy and my negative certification came through within a couple of hours.
I decided not to make the trip after all.
Would definitely recommend PhysioWorks.
