Meeting all my expectations, good communications, easy to deal with, always ready and prepared to discuss my case.

Pioneer team courteous, responds to inquiries quickly and professionally. Only thing I wish was that time to resolve disputes with creditors was sooner.

I find Pioneer law firm to be very easy to reach and they are doing a great job of communicating with me every step of the way.

Pioneer Law Firm negotiated a much better debt settlement than I would have been able to do myself. On average, they concluded resolution of my debt for about 30 % to 35 % of the initial balance.

As a potential client, you must be willing to follow their plan. This action will initially cause your credit rating to fall. Depending on the amount of debt, the resolution process may take many months; my situation was finalized in about eighteen months. In order to complete the process, I will have as many as eighteen more months of payments, but these payments are much lees than what I was paying per month.

Now my credit rating is rising again. With better management on my part, I am able to meet my obligations thanks to the efforts of Pioneer Law Firm.

One of the most pleasing ways to be able to communicate with nonlistening credit card companies, who just years earlier we had bailed out.

We have had a great experience with Pioneer. It is work, but the pay off in the end will be well worth it. We are almosr debt free. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Overall I am very happy with the courtesy of the staff and the guidance they provide. I feel like deadbeat but I came to the debt consolidation after divirce, move, single parent expenses etc. I feel that it is working and will work it's way through. My only qualm is the monthly update, like II might skip out or somerhing. Overall I am very pleased.

Pioneer law firm keeps me updated, takes care of business, and I don't feel taken advantage. What they told me was going to happen, is exactly what is happening, and they are on my side!

Should have reviewed all options instead of quickly jumping into everything with this company.

Do you really have to verify my info every month? If I change anything I can inform you. Also instead of a phone review of my account standing you should send a hard copy so I can review it at anytime. I would also like to be reassured that my account is within the ending time frame as promised. I don't want to hear at a later time that the negotiated amounts will cause me to have to continue paying for a year or two more than I agreed to!

I posted a bad review over a year ago and finally got a call from Pioneer Law Firm. Nothing since then. They are still taking my money and not giving me any information about what they are doing with it.

my 3 accounts have been handled acceptably. I want to add a fourth account and after numerous messages I finally got thru and was told to fax the paperwork and then leave a message to say when this was done. I have not heard back yet after leaving doing this twice and also faxing to the general number as told in a review. I:m still waiting to find out what it would cost to add the fourth acct on. Also not happy with the fact that I had to add to my monthly charge to solve the third card.

I have sent numerous emails to which I get an automated reply that someone will answer. I just sent one last week (July 21) and no one ever responded. I got the automated response with
(Thread:45858) in subject line. The only time I hear from Pioneer is if they need to contact me. This whole thing is very trying and the last thing I need is to know my emails will not be answered. I sent to 3 separate email addresses that I have for Pioneer. I have asked 3 times about my Discover account and have not received any answers. So far I am not real impressed ....

I am beyond impressed with the care I've received from Pioneer since I made my first contact in Nov. 2014. I have recommended Pioneer to 2 others.

When I contacted Pioneer about my debt problem, I was so stressed out. After talking to Jeff, my stress level went way down. He put my mind at ease as he explained that many people are facing the same situation that my wife and I are. They have been there for me so far in this process, but I do wish they would be quicker to acknowledge when I have faxed them an important document. Another concern is the amount I have drafted out of my bank account has gone up twice. I just wish the amount we first discussed would have been sufficient for the entire 48 month program. I am stretching it now to have the funds available each month and can not afford for it to go up anymore. That should have been settled at the beginning. But, yes they care and they do help.

Pioneer promised to settle my credit card debt at a reasonable fraction of the existing debt within 36 months. So far they are on schedule and in fact overachieving. Their internal systems do need some work; the triage telephone system sometimes goes into a loop, documents need to be sent several times before they are properly processed and I even received information about another client once in error.

All of the people I have interacted with at Pioneer are always professional and courteous, but many times they are not knowledgeable about my situation and therefore spend time reviewing my file while in a telephone conversation. It also seems that the clients files are not always up to date and do not reflect recent activity.

In summary my experiences are positive and if the current path continues the results will be outstanding so dealing with some systems issues will not seem to be material if the end goal is over achieved.

This is the most awesome company to work with. I have no complaints.
