I'm pleased with the progress of my account at this time. However it is very difficult to get anyone to answer/respond when I attempt to communicate with the firm.

They have always been prompt and polite. Explained everything to me and protected me from Creditors and Bill Collectors. I am glad I found them because they got my financial life back in order.

Has been a positive experience - sometimes hard to reach customer service

So far they have had very good communication with me and have held my hand every step of the way. I've got a long way to go and hope that this continues as well as it has.

Everyone has been professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in helping me put my bad financial situation behind me.

The only account that has settled has negotiated directly with me. . . I sent the information regarding the settlement, and then I get a generic congrats email from you saying you settled on one account.

I have a pending lawsuit, and on 7 occasions, you dropped the ball. Not uploading information, not returning my phone calls, not responding to the court.

I am really second guessing my decision to enroll with you. I have been contacted by numerous law firms who already provide better attention to me.

My experience started out well and after I paid the agreed amount, many of my accounts were settled.

The Firm does not give me feedback on what they have done or tried to do to settle the remaining two accounts. At one point they asked me to call the companies and work out a settlement because those companies would not speak to them? This is why I hired them, to be my representative and to negotiate the best settlements. I did call and was told that I would have to terminate my agreement with Pioneer before they would talk to me. They said that they wanted to speak with an attorney and not just a customer service rep. They said once they spoke to a real attorney they would work with Pioneer. That has been over 3 months ago and I have received 0 communication even after I requested it.

Been with the program for a year now. Found it to be quite good for the most part. But in the past couple of months I feel like things might be falling through the cracks. I was getting a call every month to do a review. I don't think that's happened now for at least 2 months and my emails are not getting answered. Last month I got a call about a settlement and was to receive an email for my approval. Never got the email and called about it. Nothing happened. This has never happened before and is starting to concern me. If I wrote this review in March I'd be giving a more positive review.

I am grateful for the service provided. Staff were pleasant and clearly want to help. The problems I had was that there was no one point of contact. So while one person gave me some figures, the negotiators gave me something different. Also having someone new each time meant it was not possible to develop a relationship. I did not receive some of the information they said they had emailed but it is possible it went into junk mail. The monthly reviews were great but it would be good to have written progress reports as well by email. On the whole I am grateful for the help

I have had nothing but positive experiences when communicating with the staff at Pioneer. They call each month to monitor the progress of my account. They are always pleasant and professional.

No more credit card debt for me. I pay off 100% each month. Thanks for the help when I was in trouble.

So far my experience has been good, mostly prompt attention to any issues and concern I have, good explanation of my options and rights and very friendly staff.

I have tried to get monthly reports from Pioneer but instead have been refered to someone else other than Pioneer to get the information.

We have had no issues with the firm. My only reservation is that I'm unable to login to see my account. Otherwise, I'm very happy with how they have helped us. Thanks!

A couple of weeks ago I sent a request to Pioneer Law asking for a detail status report. I received a response from "cs" indicating receipt of my inquiry and that I would receive a response to my inquiry. As of this date I have not received a response. I would like to know the sststus of my account???
