In my oppinion it is going as we expected,without being phone harassed by the credit card companies!

Not enough communication
We have been in the program for 18 mos. And only two accounts have been settled, while several credit cards have been charged off, no settlements have been offered. Test we still pay every month. Would like more status updated. It is difficult to actually speak to a real person!

You are currently enrolled in a 48-month program, so it will take a little time for the balance on your savings account to build up (in order for us to reach additional settlements on some of the other accounts). I'm sorry you have been unable to reach us. I'll be sure to have someone call you directly so we can provide you with an update on your account.

Pioneer Law Firm is GREAT!
From the very first phone call I felt relaxed and confident that PLF would take care of my needs. No one has ever made me feel that I failed at being smart with my money. Everyone has always been helpful. I enrolled in a 36 month program and am currently over half way through. The progress PLF has made getting my accounts settled is very impressive. I appreciate the monthly account reviews. I would recommend this firm to anyone!
