Used Pitchup app before a couple of years ago but, having looked at it this morning for the first time since then, was amazed at how well the app was laid out and how well it worked. Remembering you arrival and departure dates, other available site with the same dates and associated costs right within the same scrollable page! Brilliant stuff. Other well-known app developers should take note.

I think we'll be using Pitchup permanently from now on. Excellent work!

Camp site overcharged us £60 pitchup customer services got me back every penny as a refund. Very polite and professional!

We have used Pitchup.com for many years. On our last booking made 7 months in advance, we were surprised that when we rechecked the rate weeks before our arrival as our friends also wanted to stay, the rates had gone down. Beware that booking early does not guarantee the best rate as Pitchup.com appears to have no price promise or influence over the rates set by the campsite owners. Pitchup.com unable to help with regard to price query.

Works well and easy payment

The company offers no customer service and is just concerned with collecting their commission. They are also happy to publish false, fake reviews and publish them anonymously even though evidence has as been provided to them, and to which they replied to in a email admitting that the statements in the review were in fact inaccurate and incorrect.

Beautiful place, friendly welcome. Domes are generous size, with comfy beds and warm duvets as well as little log burner which we didn't need. Bathrooms are lovely, kitchen has all you need.

Super duper good everything was amazing and nice and the facilities were just a minute walk away
And the kitchen was so good things in it
And the park was fun too

Gave up on website navigation before making a booking.
The persistent 'log into your Google account' pop up when looking at each camp site page is just to much. Its intrusive and rude.
I have lived and will continue to live my life without google knowing everything I do.

Used this site on many occasions and can not fault, easy booking app, lots of locations and never had any issues. Fully recommend!

Booked a trip thru PitchUp for the Camping L'Île des Trois Rois - this being solely a fishing trip. Site information states they have a fishing lake and a pitches adjacent to the River Seine.

Fact is that you cannot fish the River Seinefrom the campsite and have to travel to Petite Les Andeleys to fish, although this wasn’t in my plans & have to drive and pay for parking if available.

The lake has not had any management by the site owners - so any swims are overgrown by trees and vegetation making fishing near on impossible. the only swim that I could actually cast out a feeder rod out had sunken/ prominent ( tree roots/branches) evident, making fishing & tackle a total lottery!!! This isn’t a fishing lake - so the writeup by PitchUp totally false & mis-leading.

Overall a not so nice campsite as it does requires maintenance thru out the site and is showing its age ! Staff were friendly & apologised when leaving 2 days early that they could not refund.

Will I use PitchUp again - I doubt it !!
