A lovely spacious site surrounded by fields. So much wildlife. My Merlin bird app has been busy identifying the birds.
There is a pub/restaurant within walking distance. This site gets a big thumbs up. Dan.

Huge campsite
Huge campsite, with plenty of room… lovely welcome from the guys on the entrance…. Stunning view of the harbour walls stretching all the way to Sandsend… only negative is, it is high up and a windy site

Beautiful clean site definitely come again :)
Pool is brilliant not over crowded just right, the pod is clean perfect for little get away for small family and the views are beautiful, park on site is pretty cool for the kids little shop lovely staff really friendly and helpful
The pool only has one changing room for females and one changing room for males but it’s been wonderful weekend away our son has loved it 🥰

Payment options
Everything fine, easy to do but wanted to spread the balance remaining over a period of time prior to arrival. There was no flexibility to pay the balance in smaller amounts. This is something I have done with many other trips in the uk and abroad. They then told me to ask the owner of the holiday accommodation which I did which caused a lot of unhappiness and stress. Don't see the problem with leaving the payment option as zero so an amount can be typed in. Some people don't have a large amount of spare cash all at once where option to pay the balance by a date would take the stress of paying a large amount on an exact date away. I know if it was any earlier in the month I wouldn't of been able to go on with the booking because the money would not have been in the account.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear this caused you stress.
As mentioned in our previous communication, campsites set their own policies regarding how and when the balance is paid. In this case, the balance is scheduled to be taken automatically on the due date, and we’re unable to amend this or accept partial payments on their behalf.
When you contacted us, we also reached out to the campsite to check whether they could offer an instalment plan and cancel the automatic payment so they could arrange this directly with you. Any flexibility around payments is at the campsite’s discretion, which is why we advised contacting them.
We understand that spreading payments can be helpful, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback.

Lovely little site
Lovely little site, great pitch’s for space and services. I can see the owners have worked really hard setting up.
Friendly welcome from Lisa
Don’t get the negative reviews about the lack of shower facilities as currently there are only 6 pitch’s so really don’t feel it’s an issue. Really enjoyed our stop over and the views
