I took my Ford Puma into PJ Nicholls ( Tewkesbury ) this morning ( 7/9/2026 ) for a concern with a warning light on the instrument cluster . From making the phone booking appointment with Karenza to dropping off my car this morning and to collection everything went very smoothly which i have come to expect from PJ Nicholls ( Tewkesbury ) . I would also like to say a special thank you to Karenza , Nick and the vehicle technician ( i am sorry that i do not know his name ) that dealt with my car while in for repair . Excellent service once again . Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to deal with. High quality work. No adding of extra work that doesn't need to be done.

My car is always collected and delivered. The staff are friendly and informative. I am always given details and cost of advised work required and the opportunity to either accept or reject.

From start to finish the team were brilliant. Advised of a couple of extra requirements for service due to cars age and provided a great price despite being a main dealership. Bought a nice car unfortunately developed a small fault after a few weeks but they have been very helpful to get it sorted asap, overall very happy with the service provided
