This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. A booking platform should be transparent and reliable, not charge users random extra fees after the fact.
I cannot recommend using this app to anyone. Be very careful, or better yet, avoid it altogether.

Its horrible. Things Go wrong. You can only Chat with an ai bot who canât solve it.

I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Playtomic.
I joined a match that I clearly understood to be a competitive game. When I arrived at the court, the situation was suddenly different. There was confusion about the match type, and the opposing players even stated that they had changed it because they felt we were stronger players. This led to a disagreement on site, and I decided not to play under those changed and unclear conditions.
Despite being physically present and ready to play, I was marked as a âno-showâ and charged for the match.
What is most frustrating is how one-sided the resolution process was. I contacted support multiple times, explained the situation in detail, and even clarified that I was present at the venue. However, they relied solely on their âsystem logsâ and completely dismissed what actually happened on site. There was no real willingness to consider context or find a fair solution.
The response felt rigid, impersonal, and ultimately unfair.
It is disappointing to see a platform with such a strong position in the market handle situations like this without flexibility or customer-oriented thinking. It gives the impression that they can enforce decisions without meaningful accountability.
I hope that more alternatives will enter the market soon, so players are not dependent on a single platform.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in Playtomic.

Totale assenza di assistenza clienti se non un bot strutturato malissimo. Ho subito tentativi di truffa online su una carta prepagata che uso SOLO per Playtomic. Fare attenzione.

Had a coach assessment, barely any introduction, and twenty minutes later given a level rating.
Unimpressed with the conduct of their approach.
I unilaterally lowered my rating by more than 2.50. You cannot restore your original rating gained from more than 150 games. A mistake.
My recommendation is donât bother to get a level assessment.
Better still, close your account, create a new one and set up a new rating level. Be honest with your own subjective assessment. I restored mine to its original rating before erroneously lowering it.
Support is just dreadful
Support is just dreadful. Something doesnt work and they blame you and your bank, despite proof to the contrary. Let us hope a diff app is built by someone soon that actual gives a monkeys about their customers.
Zero customer support âŠ
Playtomic is okay for finding matches but has zero customer support so when there is an issue you are completely stuck and the chatbot is absolutely effing useless.
I have heard there is a new app coming out that will be way better than this with actual help when needed I hope this is true and hope it comes along soon so all of the people that are moaning about Playtomic can get rid of it once and for all

Ich versuche seit 1 Monat letzt eine normale Rechnung per E-Mail zu erhalten. Ich habe sowohl den Link den ich von Playtomic und den Besitzern bekommen habe ausgefÃŒllt als auch die Anleitung im HilfeZentrum befolgt.
Wenn man sich an den Support wendet, bekommt man den Link nochmal bzw. das Ticket wird einfach geschlossen.
ZusÀtzlich wenn man sich an den Betreiber wendet, schreibt dieser Playtomic ist verantwortlich, dass gibt Playtomic zurÌck und sagt der Betreiber muss die Rechnung ausstellen.
Bei mir kommt das GefÃŒhl auf, in dem Kundenservice arbeiten entweder keine normalen Menschen oder es gibt eine programmierte Standart Antwort
NIVEL REAL & NIVEL PLAYTOMIC
Es desesperante intentar jugar con gente del mismo nivel. Hay gente que no han dado una clase de padel nunca y tienen niveles por arriba de 3.5, que eso es como mucho peligroso!!!, el saber como mÃnimo las normas básicas del padel es fundamental. El padel requiere mucho mas que correr por toda la pista detrás de una bola. Sobre todo por seguridad del compañero que tienes al lado.
Se trata de disfrutar de este deporte y no perder tu tiempo y dinero para salir disgustado de la pista y con un golpe en la cabeza como me dieron ayer por no saber la norma BÃSICA de que si tu compañero pide la bola, TE TIENES QUE QUITAR!!!, no pegar encima suya.
Y un sin fin de cosas que las personas que no han dado clase nunca, no tienen ni idea y piensan que es solo correr y pegar dentro de la pista.
Intento contactar con gente de playtomic y no hay nadie que se haga cargo de este tipo de incidencias.
DEBEN MEJORAR LA FORMA DE PONER EL NIVEL A LOS JUGADORES.

Chiedono quasi 2⬠di commissioni a testa, quando gia' il campo costa circa 15/18⬠a testa (almeno nel nord italia), quando potrebbero farsi pagare queste "quote ingiustificate" dai club o dai mille sponsor che hanno, visto che sono anche pubblicizzati nei campi del premier padel. Ho saputo che stanno cercando investitori e soci e mi auguro nessuno gli dia retta, facendoli fallire o facendoli scendere dal piedistallo. Mi auguro anche che possa esserci qualcosa di concorrenziale, in modo da fargli eliminare commissioni e calmierare un po' i prezzi. Se potessi, darei 0 stelle! vergognosi

Ik kon niet betalen in de app, de baan was wel gereserveerd. ik had contact opgenomen bij de organisatie playtonic omdat er te veel geld was afgeschreven van de rekening. dat was een boete voor het niet betalen ( ik kon niet betalen ). ik had geen eens de tijd om contact op te nemen en het was al afgeschreven. nergens staat ook duidelijk dat dit zou worden gedaan.
Stelletje boeven.
Zoals vaker een padelbaan geboekt, ergens iets verkeerd gegaan tijdens het boeken. Probeer de baan te annuleren, maar staat ineens op een oud mail adres. Hierdoor niet kunnen annuleren, meteen een mail gestuurd met deze informatie. Hebben ze geen boodschap aan en er worden geen refunds gedaan.. Top organisatie dat Playtomic!
