Ich finde die Produkte ( im Bild und Wort) und Beratung sehr gut. Die Auslieferung steht noch aus. Das Bezahlsystem war mir zu kompliziert. Ich hätte mir eine Rechnung mit Anzahlung gewünscht.

J ai commandé un bain nordique il y a plus de 3 mois. ... la 16 mars exactement . Livraison prevu la semaine du 20 avril. Aujourd'hui je n ai toujours rien reçu ! Transport par schenker catastrophique ! Les 3 palettes sont semble t il arrivées en France mais ont ete égarées! Pas de solution de schenker et si je ne relance pas polhus ils ne font rien. Suivi client plus que moyen. Finalemen après plus de 2 mois de retard, polhus décidé de relancer une nouvelle commande a leurs frais... franchement tres déçu de l accompagnement et le suivi de dossier de polhus !!!

⚠️ Mise à jour concernant notre bain nordique Polhus ⚠️

Nous avions signalé une première fissure sur la coque de notre bain nordique, âgé de moins d’un an.

La position du SAV est restée inchangée : selon eux, les dommages seraient liés à un impact causé par un objet. Pourtant, aucun élément technique probant ne nous a été communiqué pour étayer cette affirmation, et nous n’avons jamais constaté un quelconque événement de cette nature.

Face à cette position, les échanges n’ont pas permis d’avancer vers une solution constructive.

Aujourd’hui, un nouvel élément vient renforcer nos interrogations : une seconde fissure est apparue sur la coque.

L’apparition successive de plusieurs fissures sur un produit aussi récent nous laisse perplexes et nous conforte dans nos doutes quant à l’origine réelle du problème.

Nous partageons simplement cette expérience afin que les futurs acheteurs puissent prendre connaissance de notre situation et de la manière dont elle a été traitée.

À ce jour, nous restons avec un bain nordique de moins d’un an présentant désormais plusieurs fissures, sans solution proposée par le fabricant.

We found the whole experience of choosing, buying and building our Sauna very easy and enjoyable. Ahmed at Polhus provided great advice and info whilst trying to select the perfect building, finish and accessories. We bought and built our sauna in Autumn 2025 and have thoroughly enjoyed it since.

Beställde ett hus som vid köptillfället var en lagervara med angiven leveranstid på 7–15 arbetsdagar. Leveransen blev dock försenad med cirka två veckor utan att jag informerades. Istället fick jag själv vid upprepade tillfällen kontakta Polhus för att få besked om status.

Jag fick även skriftlig bekräftelse på leverans under vecka 25, vilket senare visade sig vara felaktigt. Förseningen har fått stora följdkonsekvenser då min bokade hantverkare nu inte kan påbörja arbetet förrän i augusti.

Polhus har medgett brister i kommunikationen och interna rutiner men har trots detta inte erbjudit någon form av goodwill eller kompensation.

Huset är ännu inte levererat, så jag kan inte bedöma produktens kvalitet. Mitt betyg avser därför enbart köpupplevelsen, kommunikationen och leveranshanteringen.

Höll utlovad leveranstid. Jag bor dessutom otillgängligt men fraktbolaget löste det utmärkt.

Dock lämnar monteringsanvisningen en del att önska då det verkar kommit till delar till skorstenen som inte beskrivs i manualen. Två självborrande skruv medföljer men kvaliten på dem är så låg att det krävs att man själv förborrar.

Sedan bör skorstenssktionerna samt regnhatten borras och popnitas eller skruvas ihop för att inte kapsejsa om det blåser ordentligt.

Jag tycker oxå för priset att man kunde använt tryckat material till det interna regelverket. I mitt fall står den på ett trädäck med luft under, men placerar man den på mark tex. trädgårdsplattor så kan man nog få problem över tid. Det är dock lätt att olja dessa delar själv när tunnan står på högkant innan man ställer ner den.

Upplever den som snabb att värma upp, och grannens tunna som innehåller samma mängd vatten kräver mer ved för att nå önskad temp.

The actual sauna and materials are great and I am happy with the sauna, but the sour taste left in my mouth by the genuinely rude and belittling behaviour by the UK rep means I would not recommend this company, nor will I use their services for any further backyard improvements. The timelines on the website are simply for them to ship the item to the final destination couriers, so add several weeks to this, and a few more for the time taken to book installers. If the UK rep and the team were more open about this rather than being dismissive of my questions it would have been more helpful and far less irritating.

Everything changes after they have your money- expect no remedial action, just excuses and trampling all over your consumer rights.

The sauna has been up and running for 2 weeks now and we're very happy when sitting inside the sauna - less so when we were initially standing outside it.

We opted for the Thermowood option for longevity and were surprised when it turned up and some key pieces like the door frames, floor support, facia panels and the internal floor boards were not thermowood. I contacted customer services who pointed me to the website where it does actually say some pieces are not thermowood, so my fault for not checking and verifying what they were. They did provide a stain for these piece which had quite a big colour variation from the thermowood, so I didn't use them.

Instead, I spent additional money sourcing thermowood replacements & the overall aesthetic of the sauna has now been restored.

Solid build and great sauna, but for an eye watering £8777, all elements of the build should have been thermowood. If I could do it all again, I'd buy from Finmark and save a substantial amount of money.

Am so happy with my Jorma sauna - from delivery to customer service, quality, cost and construction... it was a breeze and the finished product is just great.
I live in the wilds of Wales and delivery was painless - good communication with freight company made it a lot easier.
I was initially concerned by the lack of an 'Ikea-type' instructions manual, but it's all pretty simple once you start. Most important thing is you go through all the parts and x-ref with the delivery note - once you've done this, you'll get a good sense of what goes where. I constructed it myself with a friend and it took about 3 days (6 man-days). I went for the 70mm walls and the log burner - both of which I'm very happy with.
The quality is really good, it feels structurally sound and hardy, and it heats up quickly. In terms of space, you can squeeze 4 adults in, although it's probably more comfortable with 3.
Final word on customer service - Ahmed was a star, always got back to me quickly and was super helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Polhus - you can pay an arm and a leg for a sauna - in my experience their product is good quality, well priced, easy to construct and well supported in terms of customer service.
