This company should not be in business. They send the wrong filter and then you can’t reach them by phone because they don’t answer. They also don’t answer emails. I am filing a legal complaint

I ordered and received filters from this company and received the wrong filters. I am not looking for a refund. I just want the correct filters. I have left voice messages and emails and I do not get any reply. I am out hundreds of dollars and stuck with filters that I can’t use. I do not recommend using this company.

I ordered a filter from Poolfilters.biz and the filter arrived not as described. I contacted them several times about the issue and it took more than two weeks to get a reply. They finally sent a call tag for the incorrect item and credited my account accordingly. I tried again to purchase the correct filter from them but wanted them to verify that the item would ship correctly. However, after more than 6 attempts, phone calls and emails, to have them verity, they would not return my calls and have not for more than 3 weeks now. I'd stay clear of this company. If you have a problem, good luck getting it resolved in a timely manner.
