Not only is this the worst real estate company in history, but the worst company of all time. They only take service fees and provide no service. They don't refund the excess amount. They completely ignore you when you ask for the reason. This is a scam company. Don't ever use them. I'll give them 0 stars, or even 1 star.

I am writing this review as a landlord and cannot agree more with the other negative reviews. Whilst Portico’s service was excellent at the beginning, once the contract was signed it was downhill. Their property management company Leaders is so unprofessional and dishonest in my opinion. I get sent quotes almost every month for various repairs to the property ranging from £500 to £5,000 and I am expected pay this upfront even before work commences. When I ask for evidence of these issues I do not get a response from them . You can’t call them either. I have never come across a business that treats their customers this way. All they are after is your money.

I have just rented a flat with Portico Walthamstoe and had a great service from Tauqeer and James from Start to finish

Well it's very good company and the letting team was very supportive they help alot to set all the agreements and paperwork especially Mr. James and Mr Tauqeer they did very grate job I am very exited to move to new property thanks Tauqeer and James and Portico walthemstow😇😇😇😇

Definitely recommend using this agent, Thank you to James he was amazing in renting out my property and thank you to Tauqeer in finding me my tenants so quickly. They have been very helpful and have answered all of my questions so quickly and with lots of information.

Myself & my partner had a positive experience with Tauqeer & James at Portico. He was great in taking the time to show us the properties available and make the process less stressful overall. He was knowledgable and patient which made the entire process much more enjoyable. Special thanks to Tauqeer, James & the team for all the hard work they do.

Informed the agents showing me around the property that I had a strict time limit as the viewing was during work hours.

When they turned up they did not have a key fob for the building. Had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to bring it from their office. When we finally got to the door to the property, they didn't even have the right keys for the front door. Didn't even see the inside of the property - an absolute waste of a 2 hour round trip.

Had the cheek to then send a follow up email asking me if I wanted to make an offer on the property.
