Great teamwork from the guys in the Woodford branch especially 'Imran'👍🏽. When it come down to crunch time; he was always on hand to get the deal done.

Imran my sales advisor was so efficient throughout the whole process of buying my first home. Really appreciate him taking my calls on weekends and promptly responding to all my questions. Will surely recommend Imran and Portico after a wonderful experience!

When it came to renewing the tenancy they attempted to raise the rent by over 25%. From £1775 to £2400 than to £2100 than £1900 than to £1835 which was finally within the guidelines of the Retail Price Index, being a minimum of 3% and a maximum of 8% to £1835. No gas certificate for 2022, a failing front door for fire health and safety as there’s gaps all around the door and the closing safety catch is broken so the door would not close in the case of a fire, fire alarm in our flat hallway doesn’t work and if there’s a late payment they will call/email you in a disrespectful and harassing manner. All respect goes out the window and it turn more into a thuggery practice. I’m waiting for a bunch of tricks when it’s time to return my deposit and I’m expecting it. Door handles look like they’ve been drilled back on over 10x but they’ll probably say I done it. Poor property maintenance, poor customer services, unethical practices and harassment. If your going to pay a premium within the renting sector honestly avoid these lot.

Dan in particular was very professional and was instrumental in selling a property for us quickly in Woodford Green Essex I explained I lived 200 miles away and my mother had gone into a nursing home unexpectedly leaving us with a real dilemma on our hands
Dan came to our rescue and found us a firm to empty all the contents for a very very reasonable price then the same again for a Locksmith
He came to meet me at the property at short notice well past 6.30 pm ,nothing was too much trouble
He had all the photos and sale ect live on all major web sites within 3 days
Then within another week we had over 50 offers and 22 actual viewings carried out by Dan and his team inc Bilal Ahmed who was also very professional and hard working
Portico sifted through all the offers and advised us which one to go with
If you could clone these guys you’d have a world full of perfect Estate Agents
