so pps is responsible for managing our parking as it is a private estate. so I get fine for displaying the ticket not Cleary even though you could see almost all details needed to not issue a ticket. people need to complain about them to ombudsman which I already have , waiting for their response but this parking company are scammers, they would give you ticket for literally anything. I am also going to complain to our estate management and also speak to the residents to try and get rid of them.

this is a joke of a company, i asked the warden if i could just drop of a hanger and was told i could, all ok until i got a fine in the post, the warden had taken pictures and issued me a fine without just saying sorry no parking, i then try to complain and their reply is you either pay reduced fee now OR challenge and your fine increases to £100, great customer service, i will be talking to that warden privately

Parked in sunny corner Mevagissey. Don't park there its runs by PPS. Went to the ticket manchine. Had to put reg that wasn't working but it still gave me a ticket. Then got a summons saying I didn't pay but I did. Camera caught me going in and out. When I checked up on this company and how many people have had problems with this company is so unbelievable. Scum and scamming people out of there money and u can't win against them if u got prove completely do not park in these car parks. Council or the police should do something about this company how they work by taking money out of u when they don't.

WARNING TO ALL... please ensure you take care when parking here, the machine gave me no option to input in my reg, it took my correct money and printed me a ticket to display which included my entitlement of stay which I did not exceed. A couple weeks later a fine was sent through the post, the same day I appealed online with photo evidence of the receipt that I kept (luckily). I had NO response for a couple weeks, plaguing my mind, I then posted my receipt directly to them (PPS, they are devon based) I then had a response another week later saying my appeal had expired with them and that in their 'first reply' they had instructed me what my next steps were and then they concluded the letter without adding this necessary info again, the problem is, they never sent me any 'first reply' so was not provided any vital info...They do not allow you to email them regarding appeals, their number to call is charged and they can only offer you to post to them. This has caused me an amount of stress and I paid the ticket because I get too worried about getting into any kind of trouble. In reflection I absolutely know I shouldn't had. This is a business with unethical business practices and I really hope people act with CAUTION and I can only hope my review will help another....I saw previously someone has stated 'vultures' and I couldn't agree more. I am a key worker in social care working hard for every penny earnt, shame on you Premier Parking Solutions.

These people are borderline criminals
Do not , under any circumstances try to use their so-called appeal service
It is superficially respectable but in fact staffed by their tame quasi-lawyers
Best thing to do if charged by this scum is take it to small claim court
District judges are used to all their scams
80% of cases that go down that route have their tickets quashed
I am not allowed to disclose my occupation but believe me - this company are amongst the worst and most dishonest in the uk
So —- pps come on / take me on litigate my comments here & let’s see who has bigger nuts
My mother in law / really old and infirm got a ticket in a car park where no machine worked but, because she’s infirm, she couldn’t change car park . She was there whilst she changed her pension status as her husband had died
They insisted she paid

I say again / come on PPS claim some kind of defamation against me and let’s see the result

Bovisands carpark, Devon. Bad wi fi signal. Day ticket £5 - pressed button twice by mistake took £10. There are no £10 parking charges on the display screen so error should have showed. No response from company despite emails saying there would be a response in 2 days. From bad reviews should be government monitored.

Discusting, disgraceful scammers who have now started corrupting West Cornwall car parks. People be aware, we drove into car park then decided we weren’t going to get out and stay but still got a fine as the camera watches you in and out. I wouldn’t pi@@ on these people if they were on fire!!!

This company was dropped by their lackeys BWlegal for trying to con a severely Disabled man even after they had evidence of payment ,but it still took six months for BWlegal to dump these conmen

After a recent visit to Sunny Corner car park Mevagissey my partner gets lumbered with a fine from PPS for £60(if paid within 14 days). Despite me inserting a £1 for the payment(the machine never produced a ticket). I disputed this with them, and ended up going to court having to pay £213. The same day the Council were offering free parking due to Covid. £213 fine for a missing £1 what a joke.

PPS parking are a joke. Have been trying to contact them via their website but absolutely no response.

Went to visit my boyfriend and parked in visitors bay,and you can stay 24 hours ,parked the car and half hour later got a parking ticket,how do they work that one out bloody scumbags

Parked at Sunny Corner Car Park for 4 nights over half term this year.
Paid for parking at the machine, to cover our stay, on a daily basis.
Thankfully I retained all the receipts issued by the machine, and boy am I glad I did, as nearly 3 weeks later I received a PCN for our first night at the car park.
I have appealed (sending proof of the ticket) and am awaiting the outcome.
I would advise anybody using a car park managed by PPS to retain the tickets for a couple of months (at least) in case they try this scam with you (they are notorious for it, judging by the reviews), or avoid any car park managed by them.
If I could leave them negative stars, I would.

I parked my car at Sunny Corner in Mevaggissey and I paid for my ticket after getting my mobility scooter out of my car. However because my partner did not display my registration number on my ticket, I have received a parking fine of £60 or £100 if not paid by a certain date. I have appealed this but they have upheld their decision and I have to pay the fine. I would avoid this car park. They are not sympathetic to anyone, even those who have proof of payment.

Appaling company I took a parking charge to the Adjudicator who was stmpathetic to my case of entering my wifes reg number by mistake but can only give a decision on legal grounds. Pps would not even check that my wifes vehicle wasnt parked at that time. These people are criminals full stop.
Do not park anywhere that is operated by pps

I parked my car in Sunny Corner car park, Mevagissey, Cornwall. Tried to pay by card using the machine, but it declined my card and the cards of several other people trying to pay at that time. The car park is low down in a valley and the signal strength was poor, so I couldn't download the Ringo App. Only payment option left was to phone the automated line. This was long winded, not very clear, and took a long time. In my flustered manner I ended up missing out one digit from the car park code.
I contested the fine I received because I made a payment still, this was declined because they didn't own the car park whose code I entered. So now I have a few days to pay £60. If I take the matter further I will have to pay £100 and likely be taken to court. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Use the staffed car park instead.

This company is solely out to make money and it is basically no more or less than criminal. And yes, I paid the fine. We all do don't we -that's what they count on. I'd LOVE to go to court and swear on a load of Bibles that I paid. There's a ticket clearly shown in the window of my van in their photo! Unfortunately it only had a small bit of my vehicle reg on it due to a faulty machine, so even if they did look, they wouldn't have found it no the records. I ALWAYS pay parking tickets always. From now on, I'll be taking a photo of every single ticket ever bought and displayed in my van window - their photo was low resolution and you couldn't see any print on the ticket. upsetting, maddening and a totally criminal disgrace. Guess what -I kept all the other tickets from my holiday and emptied the wheely bin to find them...no sign of the missing one. I'd love my day in court but the thought of 'debt collectors' persecution by their solicitors is agreat deterent as the company well knows. Life's too short, but oh BOY, any judge would rule against this corrupt company.

Paid and displyed for parking in Devon with coins in full. 12 days later received a penalty ticket in post for no payment. Luckily I saved the receipt/ticket, so appealed against the penalty, but this is very stressful and wasted half of my day. Still awaiting my appeal decision.
I wish there was a way to penalise companies like that.

Received a parking fine of £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days. Decided to appeal using their online form and received an email acknowledgement. Then waited for the appeal to be processed...
They then wrote to me, not using my name on the letter just my address, so the post was very nearly shredded as junk mail. By the time I opened what looked like junk mail (bearing in mind I was expecting a response via email), I was too late to pay £60 and also too late to pay £100. I did try to pay £100 online, however, their website would not allow payment to be processed. I emailed to inform them of this and received a curt reply that the matter was now with BW Legal and they would no longer accept a payment. This is all very distressing and I now have to wait to receive a letter from BW Legal to see how much the fine will now be. Absolutely disgusting. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Unable to get hold of support. Have a callback service which does not work. No live chat. Emails are ignored until the end of the day so then leave it until the next day for someone else to pick up.

Bovisand Park Ltd Parking via PPS is a scam which is causing distress to innocent drivers (targetting elderly) and ruining visits to Bovisand. I would strongly advise against parking her and be prepared for months of misery if you do. I paid 60p for a 50p ticket (no change given), left within the period paid for but ten received a £160 parking charge. I appealed sending a copy of the ticket to PPS as evidence but they just passed my details to their equally fraudulent 'solicitors' /debt collectors who infected my email with malware and sent phishing emails when I responded to them with a copy of the paid for ticket. They are now threatening court proceedings. They violate GDPR by creating bogus charges and use fake BPA and biased IPC membership to extract personal driver information from the DVLA for the sole purpose of bullying, intimidating and frightening vulnerable people into paying them, despite having done nothing wrong. This is fraud.
