Ticket on Campervan
I have a campervan parked in the car park outside my house, I had a permit inside the campervan, however during covid we obviously couldn't get out to use the campervan so over the course of the hot period of the year the ticket had rolled up with the sun/heat from the front windscreen. You could clearly see there was a ticket in the van however could not read it properly. My neighbour watched them give my van a ticket and told the women that the van has a ticket, go and knock on the door she lives at number 47 she will get the keys and roll it out for you, which she ignored and continued to write the ticket. Trying to appeal this is a nightmare and is now with Clarion head office and they have advised me not to pay said ticket as the van is still there now with a permit. The permit don't stick to the window they have no adhesion so I have had to use masking tape to ensure it doesn't happen again. Despicable company and warden during covid, as if people aren't struggling enough these companies do not want to help anyone. I wrote to them but apparently never received it, and emailing and calling them up, I'm told I have to go through DBS Debt Collectors which they say I have to go through PPS. Absolute joke.

Buyer beware, agreed to purchase a 2 bed apartment in Mugla , had offer accepted arranged the money and had it in place, agent then removed advert telling me the seller had a better offer ! Absolutely disgusting time wasters really disappointed with the whole thing

Three letters received today to my address under 3 fraudulent names? How can this happen if under FCA controls certain checks must be taken.
Reported to FCS, and concerned that controls are not working after 2008, reported to FCA as this company is aware of Controls especially as it is multi currency can not justify 3 customers of different name at my address.
3 letters arrived today stating the change of e-money insurer of their card. How disgusting that I had 3 fraudsters registered to my address and found out by accident through a marketing campaign!
Shame on you FCA that this could happen again

Unfortunately I couldn't give a rating lower than 1. This is a crooked business that profits by issuing bogus parking fines. I paid for parking but unfortunately I paid cash and threw away the ticket when I got home. They would have seen my Partner on CCTV go from the car to the ticket machine and pay. They will have a payment at that time on their system. They video cars going in to the car park and so even if we put in slightly the wrong registration number they would have a payment for a car that did not enter the car park. In my appeal I asked them to check this. They did not answer my request, they just turned down my appeal and told me to appeal to the Independent Appeal Service. Unfortunately that is a company set up by the parking companies and rarely grants appeals, only if you can definitely prove you have paid. The only way you can truly appeal is to go to court and hope you win otherwise it will cost thousands. I would be ashamed to work for a company like this.
