Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren als Privatperson und habe noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht! Einmal hat DPD das Paket verloren. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern. Praxisdienst hat die Rechnung genullt und mir umgehend ein neues zukommen lassen. Und jedesmal freue ich mich, wenn ich meine Bestellung öffne, weil es immer eine Tüte leckere kostenlosen Bonbons dazu gibt. Danke Ihr seid toll!

Good products at a good price you just won't get them for weeks. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks minimum for them to ship. If they don't have a product in stock they will just leave it till you contact them. On one hand I wonder how they're still in business, on the other I keep ordering from them.

Glucomètre totalement faux. Il m'indique 74 alors qu'à la prise de sang mon chat est à 120. C'est une honte de vendre un appareil qui met en danger le chat. La veto avait baissé son insuline car on la pensait trop basse alors qu'elle était trop haute en réalité. En prime, les languettes de tests sont hors de prix 🤬🤬 ultra énervée. Fuyez!!!

The bad:

I placed an order, and heard nothing of it for almost a month. Attempts to contact by email were not answered for a week.

The good:

After said week, I tried calling them, no answer from the UK number. However when I called the international number a kind lady answered and explained that two of the products on the order were not in stock. (I remember reading from the website that they were, but realistically could also be my Pepega mistake).

After deciding that those items weren't essential, the rep helped me with exchanging them to other items that were available for immediate shipment. After this the order was shipped within a day.

For improvement:

Send your customers an email informing why their order is on hold if it cannot be immediately shipped. This would very easily solve 99% of the angry reviews you get. Also be more attentive to answering emails.

Conclusion:

It's not a scam, unlike many of the reviews claim, but I do understand their frustration. Instead the company should pay heavier attention to keeping their customers up to date, and if they did, most of these problems would be avoided.

In opposite to reviews below I had a absolutely normal delivery two splitted packages (glucometer and lancet) from the supplier. Even additionally got a Trolli jelly as a bonus

Same as other people. Take your money but nothing arrives. Months later eventually got paypal to refund it. They even argued with paypal after saying it had been blocked and returned. Then saying it was lost in england. Get your story straight. Use PayPal!

Right before the COViD-19 hit for real i ordered some things, it’s over two months ago now and i haven’t heard anything from them or gotten anything... i’ve written to them twice and they don’t reply - i know other people that have ordered before and after me, who have received their orders. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a company!!! How can you take my money and not sent me anything?!
