I still donât have my parcel. Itâs not the companyâs fault, but I paid £9 for delivery for parcelforce not to deliver it! No card left, no idea where my delivery is

Weâre really sorry you have had problems with your delivery with Parcelforce. We shipped your parcel on the same day of your order being placed which would typically get to you the next day. Unfortunately, the industrial strike action by Parcelforce has caused severe problems throughout the parcel network.
