Timely Correction of Size Discrepancy
Wrong size was sent. They immediately issued a replacement with no need to send the other shirt back. I could either keep or donate it.
Size and method of lettering/logo
I was concerned about the lettering on a cap which I wanted to buy to show support for my grandchildrenâs high school teams. After all, isnât the lettering/logo why one buys and wears the cap? So I emailed a few questions to Customer Service, and Greg Stewart responded quickly with an answer to each question.
Iâve received the cap, itâs quite nice and exactly as he described it.

Took almost 5 weeks for delivery. By the time the item arrived, the event it was for (4 weeks after the order was placed) had passed. Tried to cancel and they refused. Then the item itself was wrong when it showed up, the back wasn't printed.
Total waste of money and time.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My order take one month to be ready and , if was not upsetting enough, come missing the back design, the name and number . Customer service was nothing but unhelpful asking me so many questions but never with any resolution. I DO NOT recommend at all, trust me you are better off getting a plain shirt and writing with a pen than put your self for a such disappointment. If I can rate they services properly will be less 10 stars at list.
DO NOT order - Awful experience
What a horrible experience! Shirts look great online, but once you order they sit âin productionâ unable to cancel. Customer Service, Greg, finally replied stating 10-15 days to make as they are custom, then 3-4 days USPS shipping. Oh, and no weekend work or after 5pm. Wow! Ordered 9/20, shipping label created 10/10, still sitting not shipped as of 10/15. Had I read these reviews first I could have saved money and time. Would never have ordered!
Awful Company
I wouldnât even give them a one star, I had to in order to leave this review. I ordered a t-shirt for my son and the screen print was completely crooked. I waited over an hour and a half on their âChatâ Customer Service and no one got back to me so now Iâll dispute my charge with my bank because this company is bogus! I placed an order on September 18. Order would always show âin processâ. After sending a few emails, I received an email from Greg Stewart stating it takes 7-15 days for creation time and additional 3-4 days for shipping. To date, still showing in process.

Went to purchase a hat, with my son's name on it, and number. In the order process, their site is misleading. I got the hat and it didn't have that embroidered. Not in battling with Customer Service, they won't accept the hat. Their logos are dodgy and the quality isn't good. Spare your time and money unless you want to buy a cheap piece of material
VERY SLOW
It is 15 business days starting the day after you order. That means it takes them 3 weeks to complete the manufacturing of the product. Then it goes to shipping, another day. Then you have to wait however long the shipping takes. I it easily over a month until you should expect your order.
Slowest on-demand website I've ever experienced. Not at all the normal in the industry.

Order "In Process" One Month Later
Ordered almost a month ago now. When entering my tracking number, order still states "in process". When attempting to contact them, no phone number, no email. Website's Chatbot is useless, never responds. I ordered these items, paid over $200, and have no way of knowing if I will ever get my merchandise. Will dispute with my credit card company immeditately! Highly dissapointed! I don't know who is actually leaving reviews that they actually spoke to someone as of this review, there is no way to talk with customer service.
Is my order even coming?
Placed an order on 9/18. Reached out on 9/26 for an update. (Only a chatbot, since there is no phone number) No reply. Reached out again on 9/29, no reply.
I am beginning to wonder if I should expect anything.
Update: received order late October - at least 6-7 weeks after ordering. I was disappointed that the 2 high school football jerseys that took so long to arrive didnât even have the last name on the back as I ordered. I sent pictures and a note to their customer service. I especially wanted the last name on the back because the jerseys are in support of my recently adopted son who loves his new last name and we thought it would be a great surprise.
Customer service replied asking if I could confirm that I ordered these jerseys with the last name. I went back to the original confirmation which only shows the front of the jersey. Because of that, Prep Sports takes no responsibility and offered no resolution. Iâm 1000% sure I ordered the name on back and saw a rendering of what it would look like when I checked out.
I could have bought plain jerseys directly from the school. Why would I have to special order jerseys with no name on the back?
So disappointed with this company. I missed the entire football season and was never able to use the jerseys I spent significant money to buy.

Ordered 3 full weeks ago and my order has still not been produced and certainly not shipped. Iâve requested a refund multiple times and keep getting refused even though they still havenât made my order! I used this company because they could produce local designs and stated the clothing would arrive in 5-6 days. My daughter had a homecoming pep rally she wanted to wear her sweatshirt too. We ordered these clothes clothing on September 4 and it still is in production!! They wonât assign a tracking order yet because they still arenât done making it. Very disappointed. Zero stars is more accurate!!! Order has been "in production" for three weeks. Asked if they could send partial order and response was "no". If you have made it this far trust your gut and the BBB!!! if they reply it's bogus details!!!! The response time is not exactly in a timely fashion as well, probably because Stephanie spends a half day responding to order complaints. Taking this to FTC, they changed names due to a lawsuit.
