6weeks stil waiting for a refund!! after they sent a different part numbered item told me many times they kno better but the part diagnosis machine said no, wouldnt listen, wanted paperwork that id bought from another company, i hadnt cause they had my money then they want to keep 25% 'handling' fee I won't use again

Sent email requesting a part on line there rang back with correct part In stock paid and collected and now fitted and working another Mercedes back on road.

The service and prompt response from Prestige All parts is excellent. Ryan was quick and efficient dealing with my search for a part of or my car. All done in record time.

Ended up not buying the part , but Ryan was really helpful and refunded immediately.would recommend.

I contacted Prestige via Breakerlink as I needed a replacement headlamp for my 2014 E-Class. I requested a halogen unit as my local Mercedes dealer had advised me this was what was fitted to my vehicle and placed the order on a Saturday and early on Sunday morning received a phone call from Daryl advising me that my car was actually fitted with bi-xenons ! A few phone calls back and forth with Nathan and Ryan followed over the adjusted pricing and the unit arrived, very well packed, on the following Wednesday. It's now been fitted by a local independent Merc specialist and I'm back on the road. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough ! They provided a 5* service with exceptional levels of customer communication.

Wow. What a great team at Prestige All Parts, I was very, very impressed by Ryan and the team. Needed to find a needle in a haystack part for my 98' W202 Mercedes. The knowledge, experience and customer focused attention to detail was excellent along with a superb can-do attitude. This was my very first time using this company, the parts arrived safely well wrapped on time. I will 100% be keeping the contact details safe for future reference. Highly recommend.

Another great response from Prestige - Call-out for Max (Workshop Manager) - looked like major problem with fuel system and quite a major leak. One call to Prestige - car booked in first thing next morning - No-nonsense diagnosis - fixed and back out working in less that 24 hours from the initial call. Reasonable rates too.

Ryan was really helpful with sourcing a radio for my SLK 350. Great customer service even when my radio didn't arrive when it should have he chased the parcel company. It's just unfortunate that the the radio that they supplied didn't resolve the issue only because there is more of an issue with the electrics and not the radio A refund was arranged. I would definitely do business with these guys again. Excellent company to deal with.

I needed a part for my R129 SL that is no longer available from MB, Prestige were able to quickly source the part and provided a very competitive quote. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was achieved quickly and without fuss. Feedback was very good and I was kept informed throughout. The part solved the issue. Really efficient service. **Avoid if you value transparency and competence**

I brought my Mercedes Sprinter to this garage (recommended as “Mercedes specialists”) for a persistent issue others couldn’t resolve. Here’s what happened:

1. First Visit: They diagnosed a faulty temperature sensor. Charged £330 (£75 part + £255 labour/software). The problem remained unresolved.

2. Second Visit: After returning, they claimed three “loose sensors” needed replacing. Paid another £440. The same problem persisted.

3. False Accusations: When challenged, they blamed me for taking the car to “another rubbish garage.” This was untrue—I only visited another garage before theirs, who couldn’t fix it.

Key Issues:
- Wasted £770 on unnecessary repairs.
- No resolution after two attempts.
- Unprofessional deflection instead of accountability.

Conclusion: Poor diagnostic practices, lack of expertise for complex issues, and gaslighting customers. I urge others to seek certified Mercedes specialists with proven track records.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place as they will charge you more and not resolve the issue just to charge you.

Ryan and the dispatch dept identified the part my car required, after the garage that stated a part number was completely wrong. They could have dispatched the wrong part but questioned the order. Within a couple of days the right part was delivered and I am back on the road, well done Prestigeallparts, Ryan and the alert dispatch team. I now know where to get my Mercedes parts from.
