I have been helped over the last few days by Darrell with replacement light clusters for my wife’s e-class, his service and patience is why it’s easy to recommend him and this business - old fashioned service which is refreshing compared to ‘press option 1/2’ and so on.. Would have been 5 star but the replacement item dispatched was not quite up to standard paint wise.
When I drew attention to this I got an immediate apology and promise to replace item.
This was done at my convenience without any hassle at all.
They will become my go to company for replacement parts.

Spoke with Ryan and ordered a Door Card as the door handle had broke for a Mercedes C class which had been very hard to source up until I spoke to Prestige Allparts. Received within a week. Had it fitted and all seems good so far…
Very efficient, helpful and straightforward service and can’t fault them at all. I’ll definitely be using them again if the need ever arises.

What a terrible experience and waste of time

Where do I start...

I ring this so called specialist about some bumper wiring looms and tow hook for my Mercedes. I insisted they have to be compatible with my car that has the optional radar WHICH THEY CONFIRMED THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I NEED, TESTED AND FULLY WORKING. After being told the delivery will cost a whopping £80(eighty pounds sterling) I decided to go there myself and collect. So drove 1h30m.

Glad I did because the wiring loom DID NOT INCLUDE the leads for radar and the tow hook was in fact DEFECTIVE. They asked me to wait there as they will check if there is another tow hook available from another car. So I agreed. 3(three) hours later they finally came back to me confirming that they DO NOT HAVE ONE. Again.

As goodwill gesture they offered free delivery for my parts as they will be getting new stock available very soon. I accepted the kind offer and went home disappointed.

Anyway, called back a week later for updates, then another week after that, then another week after that and I lost my patience. The 4th week I call without introducing myself and ask for the tow hook. To my surprise they now had one in stock and confirmed the fitment ONCE AGAIN. So I tell them who I am again so I can benefit of my free delivery. Been told to wait another couple minutes on the line to double check. Then MAGIC HAPPENED, when they realised I'm the same guy from before THE PART WAS NOT COMPATIBLE ANYMORE.
How can you call yourself a specialist when you have no idea what you're doing and waste my time?!

Following on from a number of telephone calls Nathan sourced and arranged shipping of the parts required and has kept me updated through out... great communication, thanks Nathan.

I have used Prestige on multiple occasions and found them easy to deal with and have a vast amount of knowledge about the parts needed for my car. you can guarantee to get great service and genuine Mercedes parts at a reasonable price.

Thanks again to Ryan for amazing customer service and resolving a wing mirror issue for my CLK that even the auto electrician was struggling with and said it was down to Ryan’s knowledge of Mercedes that finally solved the problem.

Spoke to a man called Ryan very helpful unbelievable service secondhand parts were like brand-new price was very good. Will buy again if I need any more parts from this company. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your time going anywhere anywhere else

Great service from the guys on the till and could get the part I needed quick.

Let down by the fact they misunderstood what I wanted and then charged me over double the price from what I was quoted otp, when the wires were included.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

The best description I can give this company is that one of the “black hole” anything that goes in never comes out. I bought a part from them and paid a £100 deposit and when I asked them for my money back as no longer needed the part their manager called MIKE kept on lying to me telling me that they had already sent these monies or something went wrong with their bank or accountant or that they forgot to press the button that releases the money. I mean they came up with every single excuse under the sun. I finally had to go through my bank and the financial ombudsman who returned these monies to me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NOR EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!

I used this company for the first time looking for a master cylinder for my 220deasel mercedes. The lady at the reception was very quick to locate the part and Reece arranged it to be sent to me within 24 hours. Fantastic support & Ryan was brilliant.
Ordered a full turbo for my E Class Merc it arrived & my mechanic fitted. Within a few hours problems started with turbo so I contacted Ryan and he immediately sent a replacement.
To get a second opinion I took it to Merx specialist & it turned out that there was a fault in the turbo but could only be detected doing a smoke test that there was a hairline crack in it.

Ryan offered to get it repaired at his place and this was the best decision. Luckily, they did all the tests and found other faults that my mechanic has made ie incorrect wiring, vacuum pipe wrong was round and a few other points and they fixed them all at a really reasonable labour charge and no extra parts required & it turned out cheaper than my own mechanic.

Ryan never let me down always kept me updated and made everything happen. Got car back yesterday and its like a new car. Huge thank you to Ryan & his team.

Wanted a jack for my Mercedes and spoke with Mike Caffery who gave me some good advise on what I may or may not require. Great customer service, Thanks.
