ho fatto l'abbonamento per poter mettere il watermark dell'azienda, sul sito è fumoso e poco chiaro che con l'abbonamento Plus si può solo rimuovere quello di Prezi e non inserirne uno proprio. Bisogna passare all'abbonamento superiore, ho chiesto il rimborso avendo ancora tutto l'anno e questo non è stato possibile, truffa !!

Refund eventually obtained after escalation
Prezi charged me €217.80 for an annual subscription after a 14-day free trial. I did not receive a confirmation email after signing up, and I did not receive the trial-ending reminder that Prezi said had been sent.
When I requested a refund, the request was initially refused. Prezi then provided a screenshot as evidence of the reminder, but the recipient shown was a Stripe routing address rather than my account email. After I asked them to clarify this, Prezi confirmed that the reminder had supposedly been sent to my Apple Private Relay address, but declined to provide the email itself, message headers or SMTP logs.
I also raised the issue of the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium under Article 8(7) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
After I escalated the matter beyond customer support, Prezi reconsidered the case and offered an 11-month prorated refund as a goodwill gesture, which I accepted. I ultimately received €204 back.
I am posting this because anyone starting a Prezi trial should keep a record of the subscription terms, confirmation emails and any reminder emails received. In my case, the issue was eventually resolved, but only after considerable correspondence and escalation.

Ai is terrible. Customer service terrible when bringing up problems. Don't allow refund if you've cancelled the day of charge and don't intend on using due to the lack of tools and ability on the site.

Virkelig dårlig kvalitet. Man kan ikke engang gemme sine præsentationer i mapper, da det hele bugger. I starten kunne jeg organisere mine præsentationer i mapper, nu kan man ikke. De præsentationer jeg tidligere organiserede i mapper viser sig nogle gang ikke i mapperne. Virkelig dårligt lavet. Yderligere.. så kan man ikke engang kontakte dem på deres hjemmeside, da det kræver at man logger ind, men! når man trykker log in eller sign in, bliver man bare taget til startsiden. Virkelig dårligt

Absolutely insane to charge $250+ a year for an inflated version of Google Sheets. Complete rip off and a waste of money. Use a program like Canva, PowerPoint, gamma, and more.
Lousy excuse for a company.

I was wrongfully charged and they refused to acknowledge or refund. Hopeless website. Do even bother to look at- you will pay for something that you will not even end up using! I did not sign up for anything and yet was still charged.
I contacted my bank within 24 hours so hopefully this will be made right. But unlawful and disgusting behaviour from the team at Prezi.

Be careful! They used a cancelled card details to take a subscription, despite the subscription not being wanted and cancelled. When informed they refused to refund the money despite the law in UK saying that they must if cancellation was within 14 days of payment, they were informed within 24 hours!! Have informed my bank and will be pursuing this issue through courts if necessary. Given my legitimate request and their use of a card that no longer exists I am very disappointed with their response and approach. They have stated that under no circumstances will they refund my money, I have highlighted the law of the land and await their speedy response, im not holding my breath, and will sue for damages if they persist in flouting the law.
Irrespective of how they handle this from this point, it is a disgrace that I am even having to consider going to these lengths. Decent product, shame that despite this they feel it necessary to cheat people out of their money.
As with all companies that behave in this manner, it will catch up with them eventually, I hope this helps ro facilitate that.

recientemente lo utilice sus funcionalidades y son muy prácticas para realizar presentaciones en secuencia lógica fácil de seguir, eso ayuda a explicar la idea principal.

A complete scam, not worth the money that my 17 YEAR OLD self couldn’t afford, no refunds available upon cancellation no matter what. Shameful considering its a million dollar company.

Piece of trash horrible shxt software. Signed up for 14 day trial.Spent 4 hours on a presentation, app started lagging horrendously, closed as many programmes as I could, killed browser tabs with no improvement. Restarted PC and opened areshxloe Prezi to find my edits not saved. Thank goodness there are plenty of better alternatives outh there.

What a pity because I was blown away by this app 6 years ago. How can it be so crap after all this time?!? Astounding. Die a quick death Prezi, you've had your chance.

I would give 0 stars if possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I cancelled my subscription because the program was incredibly glitchy and the "AI" runs out in 5 minutes. After cancellation, they charged me anyway for the full annual renewal. I provided a screenshot of my account that showed it was cancelled before the renewal date but they have refused to issue a refund. This is stealing. Honestly Canva is better.

I experienced a terrible customer service. I wish i didnt made the 14-day free trial now i have to use this service that i dont need for a year. Their customer service and their responses should be according to individual problems. Not general. Never again

Customer Service is garbage. Billing after cancellations. Do not pay for this. No one cares if your presentation looks cool but you. This stuff is only impressing yourself and they will absolutely not respond once they have stolen money from you.

Do not sign up for a trial with Prezi, you won’t be able to cancel and they will charge you. I tried to cancel and the system would not let me know and when I thought it was cancelled, it was not. They do not have a phone number to be reached and when you write to them they will send you a very rude letter saying they won’t reverse the charge and to basically not write them again because their decision is final. They are abusive, disrespectful and will trick you. Beware!!!
