Uso há 9 anos… sempre foi minha melhor ferramenta de trabalho!

I asked to cancel the trial before the period ended (14 days), but was still charged, still awaiting customer service feedback.
Before that, no emails from Prezi in my email nor spam, neither after requesting login reset to see what's happening... So couldn't manually cancel - Felt like I was in a forces workflow to pay.

I attempted the free trial. When I input my bank details, they attempted to take over £273. The trial amount was meant to be £1. So I declined the trial.
2 weeks later they attempted to take £273 again without my permission! Fortunately I managed to stop the payment.

Ótima experiência, atende todas minhas necessidades, acredito que a ferramenta possa evoluir muito no quesito inteligência artificial. Mas logo estarei realizando o UP em minha conta.

Desafortunadamente, cuando uso Prezi (en forma de edición) en mi tablet, se traba el editor, se hace pequeño, no me deja editar las palabras, no puedo dar separaciones entre ellas. Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio en ese sentido.

Señores administrativos, creativos y técnicos de Prezi mi sincero reconocimiento por tan valiosa APP que han creado para la humanidad y la comunidad académica en general. Muchas gracias por su valioso aporte. Belleza, estilística y linda creatividad.

Es muy práctico, ahorra mucho tiempo y es más dinámico

The visuals in prezi are really great and they help keep the presentation interesting to viewers and it also gives the big picture of the whole topic. Also, the ability to add voice to each slide is great and helped me prepare asynchronous lectures.

A 'primeira vista' é uma excelente ferramenta com recursos interessantes e dinâmicos. Eu gostaria de ter tido um pouco mais de tempo e créditos para avaliar melhor a ferramenta. Creio que poderia haver uma distribuição mensal de créditos para o uso frequente e avaliação da utilidade da ferramenta em nossas rotinas.

Me gusta mucho la aplicación, gran aporte entre aplicaciones, muy buenos efectos y formas de presentar.

It is a very good tool and I use to recommend it to my students until I discovered that all my projects could be found at a simple search on the internet. I use free version. I had to delete most of my work and, most probably, I will will find another tool. Then I will give up using Prezi.
