The staff was very nice, polite, helpfull, good food

We were at prezzo Broughton today it was an amazing food and friendly team.It was a lovely saturday afternoon.Thank you!

We waited an hour and a half for our food which arrived cold !! It wasn't even busy. Thursday afternoon at 16.30. This happened in the Haverhill restaurant.

Ordered bruschetta for starters we were given pizza dough with a chopped tomato and a little pesto, did chef think we wouldn’t notice? Unbelievably bland and very disappointing.
Service was so slow we nearly left and went elsewhere. Certainly won’t be visiting Prezzo in the near future

I recently visited your East Grinstead restaurant to celebrate my birthday. While I was very impressed with the quality of the food, I was unfortunately left disappointed and embarrassed by the service we received.

Our waitress, Annie, appeared impatient and abrupt throughout the evening, particularly during the payment process when she initially refused to accept our Blue Light discount voucher.

At the start of our meal, we ordered a bottle of mineral water for the table. However, when it arrived, it was placed alongside a stack of dirty cups that appeared more like ice cream bowls. Not wanting my family to use these, I politely requested more appropriate glassware. While the waitress did bring proper glasses, she placed them on the table in a noticeably aggressive manner, making it clear she was unhappy with the request.

Despite the service, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals—everything was absolutely delicious, and I would like to extend my compliments to the chefs for their excellent work.

Unfortunately, the service continued to feel rushed and dismissive. When our table was cleared, the waitress abruptly asked, "Do you want desserts?" before tossing the menus onto the table. At the end of the meal, when I requested the bill and mentioned my Blue Light voucher, the waitress struggled to process it. After several attempts, she scanned the voucher but failed to apply the discount. When I pointed this out, she insisted it had been applied, and only after some back and forth did she acknowledge the mistake. She then incorrectly claimed the voucher had expired, despite it clearly stating it was valid until February 23rd. Eventually, after consulting a manager, she processed the payment correctly. However, rather than offering an apology or ensuring everything was resolved, she simply mumbled, "That's all fine," and walked away. We did not see her again after that, leaving us feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable as we left the restaurant.

It is disappointing that such a special occasion was overshadowed by the service, especially when the food was so enjoyable. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the overall guest experience, as I believe service should match the high quality of your cuisine.

I took my Wife and our two youngsters to Prezzo Bury St Edmunds for dinner last week to make use of the buy 1 main, get 1 free offer. The young lady waiting on the table was very nice, as was the young duty manager. Unfortunately that's as good as it gets. My sons Pizza was £17.50 and the bottom was very soggy. In fact, he said it wasn't as good as a £2.50 frozen pizza from Aldi !! My Calzone was £21.50 with some extra pepperoni and while tasty, was also soggy!! My Wife's pasta was horribly overcooked and I quote "The salmon was mashed up like cat food" and my daughters was no better. To cap it all off, contrary to the photographs on the Prezzo website the 2 pints of Poretti at £7.50 a pint each arrived filled with the top of the froth 2" from the top! No, I'm not exaggerating, so unusually for us, we sent them back. They were returned 1" from the top and we gave up rather than make a fuss. At the end, the duty manager said "I would have gone and poured them myself" - good on him, but not much help to us! So, what on earth has happened - outrageously expensive for pizza and pasta and the quality is only a little better than crap. We used to love Prezzo when the kids were younger but it's unlikely we'll return again. It was really a 1 star but gave 2 just because the staff were friendly and helpful. I honestly wonder how long it'll last.

Had a wonderful lunch at Prezzo today with friends , great food & even greater service . Thank you to the staff for a great lunch time you were brilliant .xxxxxx

Pathetic. I've been here a few times but I'm sorry to say that standards are slipping. Service is slow and the place is not as clean or tidy as it used to be. To make matters worse, prices have gone up while portion sizes have gone down. Noticeably. £17 for a burger that's smaller than a big mac? Seriously?

Went to prezzos lymington , food & staff great . Restaurant was freezing and avoid Christmas set menu it’s like out of the tin or microwave . Just order from ordinary menu & take a hot water bottle

Had pizza with bechamel sauce, mozzarella & mushrooms. Couldn't believe it was so small! It was about 1/3rd size of the pizza we'd had in a prezzo before. It was nearly all crust, a little sauce and approx 3 tiny mushrooms. Couldn't believe they would think this was worth £18. Drinks very expensive.

The Bicester Prezzo. The food was bland and the calzones was burnt! Not acceptable at all given the price of the meals, which was very expensive for what it was in this day and age! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Just went toClacton prezzo .. it was expensive that’s with our 25% off but I did top it back up with a tip only because one staff member the manager guy was just so wonderful a breath of fresh air for the place , without him I wouldn’t have bothered… he is amazing & a lovely guy well done to him !

The food at Clacton Prezzo was amazing.The service from Alfie was great.We loved our evening.

Italian food done bland and very expensive for a chain eating place.
If you want quality pasta and pizza go to a proper Italian restaurant. Dont be ripped off by this over hyped mush

The food was very mediocre. White wine sauce is gravy with maybe a little white wine, patato al forno was a badly prepared hasselback potato. Chicken breast was 2 small pieces of chicken breast. White wine sauce is usually a creamy white sauce and al forno patatoes are usually slices of patato baked in the oven not a microwaved hasselback. Bury St Edmunds Prezzo, service was very good. Hence 2 starrs.

Food was great but from the time we entered the restaurant in Bury St Edmunds the service was amazing. We were looked after by a wonderful young chap called Kris, he was polite, friendly, attentive, although he was busy he was constantly checking all was ok etc. it's been a while since I've received a service to be anywhere near as good as this. What a credit he is to your front of house staff.....

Our experience was perfect at Prezzo in East Grinstead. From the initial welcome, to our waiter and his professional delivery of our drinks and food, and then the quality and presentation of our food. Absolutely brilliant from all concerned.

My wife and I invited friends here for an evening meal last weekend. The service was amazing, the food beyond compare and the prices very reasonable for such wonderful food. Perfect in all respects from start to finish. It’s my home town of Weymouth and we will be going again very soon. Thanks to all the staff for making a great evening even better.

The staff are extremely helpful, patient, and kind! The food is exceptional! I love this restaurant so much I will definitely be back!
