Don’t order from this company you don’t get your order or there is half of your order missing and when you contact them they don’t reply

Our customer service team promptly sent you a form to complete in order to resolve the issue. However, we have not yet received the correctly completed form. We asked you to amend the form, but unfortunately, we have not received a response from you yet.

Once we receive the corrected form, we will be happy to proceed with either a refund or replacement for the missing item.

Arrived on time and packed well

Arrived on time and packed well! Sadly one was damaged and I sent for a refund request. I was refunded and told not to trouble myself sending it back. As you can imagine this time of year is hectic so I very much appreciate this. Brilliant customer service and care
