Loved the final product! We used Print Ninja for our first offset print run of our Body McCannics children's picture book series. PN was fast and professional with all communications. Quality First
I think, for me, the Print Ninja team understood that first and foremost I wanted to produce a high quality book. They paid careful attention to every detail – but honestly, the best part was that when I uploaded (and re-uploaded, and re-re-uploaded) the book files, no one gave me any grief about the extra work. They understood I was just trying to make it the best book I could, and so every time I sent ANOTHER revised PDF, it was just accepted with a cheerful "Great! We'll get to work on it!" That attitude meant everything to me, and I'm looking forward to producing more awesome books with Print Ninja.

This was a new adventure for me
This was a new adventure for me, and the start of my business. I was so nervous from the very start. I made that known to PrintNinja. My main contact was fantastic and I am very thankful that my PrintNinja rep was there for me every step of the way. At the times I felt lost about the printing process, I would reach out, and my rep always had calming answers and covered all my questions and needs. A fantastic, high quality print option for independent author/illustrators
My experience with PrintNinja has been nothing short of fantastic. Jen, the pre-press agent who helped with my first project, was beyond patient and extremely helpful to me when I had lots of questions—even when I kept making simple formatting mistakes that created extra work on her end. The overseas shipping does take quite a few weeks but that’s understandable. And when my shipment finally did arrive I was so overjoyed by the quality of my graphic novel. I was so nervous to see the first copies, but the quality was absolutely perfect. I plan to continue working with PrintNinja for my ongoing graphic novel series, and highly recommend their services to other author/illustrators!

Communication was generally good;however, it was very disappointing to learn that I could only receive the proofs that I paid for and found not complete the project through rhe same company. I had to seek out other companies and get proofs from them too. Wru inconvenient

Took my money and ghosted
I paid them 10 days ago for a sample pack. I exchanged details over email with a customer service rep. Now their emails are bouncing back, and there's no reply from the general inbox. I see them commenting here that they closed their domestic service last month. If that applies to my order, they shouldn't have taken my money or corresponded with me in the first place. I don't know where else to go for an answer or a refund.

Book production quality great
Book production quality great. Disappointed that there was no internal packaging or corner protectors for the individual boxes which were in all my prior orders. All that was in the box besides the books was a thin sheet of cardboard and bare books. This will result in more books damaged as the individual boxes are moved around and sent out to retailers. My prior books were all carefully packed this way and my prior experiences were that the account executive assigned always thoroughly reviewed my orders and explaining options, particularly on packaging for large orders. I am still stunned that they were packaged with no internal protection.

Working with PrintNinja was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. This was my first time producing a custom product at this scale, and the entire process was handled with clarity, professionalism, and genuine care.
The pricing was extremely competitive without any feeling of corners being cut. The quality of the final product exceeded expectations, and every detail, from materials to packaging, was executed beautifully.
What truly set the experience apart, though, was the customer service. Sam and Simon were both outstanding. They were responsive, patient, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. No question felt too small, no request felt like a burden, and communication was clear and timely throughout. I always felt supported and confident that my project was in good hands.

Exceptional Quality & Overall Experience
I had an exceptionally great experience working with PrintNinja and I am extremely happy with the coloring books I ordered from them. The overall print quality came out amazing! The books look beautiful, feel high quality, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the final result. I ordered 100 books, and the vast majority were absolutely perfect.
There was one minor misprint where an extra color testing page appeared randomly in the middle of a single book, and one book had slightly off cover trimming that left a small white border at the bottom. Neither issue was a major concern for me, especially since all the other books were completely fine.
My only real area of feedback would be communication and shipping updates. Occasionally waiting up to 24 hours for an email response was a bit anxiety-inducing for me personally, especially being my first project like this, and the shipping updates felt slower than expected. That said, these were small issues compared to the overall quality and professionalism of the service.
Despite those minor points, the experience was absolutely amazing, and I would 100% use PrintNinja again for future coloring book projects. I’m incredibly happy with how everything turned out and would confidently recommend them to other artists and creators.
