Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

Amazing Staff and quality
I really enjoyed how everyone helped me out and made sure my comic came out perfectly. As someone who hasn't printed before, this was a really informative and easy process thanks to the staff and company resources/articles. The turnaround time and quality was also incredible. I would definitely buy from here again.

Wonderful work in customer service, very great staff, and the book quality is amazing. The colors of the book turned out so vibrant and eye-catching, and the paper quality is strong and sturdy for flipping through pages while reading.

my very first publication with fabulous result
Was my very first ever publication and I feel so proud of myself of the end result. Of course PrintNinja was there to help me on from my partner Sam who was helpful and patience to me all the time, the videos all was great help.

Great company that was easy to work with! Price wasn't crazy and my books came out great! I also really loved that the person who packed my books (Michael, you did great!) drew a doodle on the sticker of who it was packed by. I loved it!

Great for First-Time Printing Experience
Fantastic experience. This was my first time ever having something professionally printed, and they helped in every step of the way to ensure the product (a custom-made coloring book) was what I envisioned it would be. I seldom leave reviews, but was impressed enough by this experience that I felt I should spread the word to other first-time folks who may want to have a project printed professionally but don't know where to start.

Print Ninja is 2/2 for my books
Print Ninja is 2/2 for my books. They've printed my books perfectly on both occasions. This is probably the best printer for graphic novels and comics, in my opinion.

Reliable High Quality
Print Ninja has been a reliable manufacturer for us for almost a decade. The options available and the quality of print are always amazing. Areas for improvement are shipping times (although they are pretty great considering the state of things) and price (though I understand that professional quality demands a professional price). I have never regretted working with Print Ninja and I will be back in the future.

The Colors Popped!
I printed 2 issues and a graphic novel, and they both came out great! I was wowed by the colors. They were the thing I was most anxious about but they really popped, especially on the issues. A small number of the copies had tiny printing artifacts, but I've worked in print production, so I know this is pretty common with any printer.

Barricade Brigade reorder
The reorder full run went as smoothly as I could have ever expected. Margaret made using previous files and skipping the proof step a possibility saving us a couple day's time on top of getting excellent customer service and a great final product!

The quality of the printing is…
The quality of the printing is wonderful - the comics are beautiful, and I am extremely pleased with the final product.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed at the lack of transparency and uncommunicative nature of the support staff. Throughout the entire process, I only received a single email per business day from my project manager or customer support; even when I would write multiple emails, I never got a response until the next day. Because of this slow response time, I wasn't guaranteed delivery on time for my event, which then forced me to order 2nd day air shipping for some of the books just to ensure I would have them in time. But then the rest of the order was delivered in time anyway, meaning I paid extra for expedited shipping...that I didn't actually need, but was led to believe I would because the timeline was so vague and obscure.
I wish I had a better experience, because the price and quality cannot be beat. If you are not on a deadline and can afford to wait and have a relaxed printing schedule, this would be the perfect company to go with - incredible quality and top-shelf printing. Unfortunately, I was on a deadline and it was a very stressful experience with no assurances and very little communication with the team.

We never want a stressful experience! We can confirm the turnaround time - on average - for responses was one business day for this project. If we are able to respond quickly - please know we absolutely will! - however, during times of high volume, email responses can take one business day. We are transparent about this on our website, but we do apologize if this was not more clear. We hope you can understand that guarantees can never be provided when it comes to shipping. Factors outside of our hands can impact shipping time (weather, carrier delays, holiday closures, etc). Regardless, Laura will be reaching out ASAP regarding your frustrations with the shipping.

The managers on the project were great
The managers on the project were great! Im not a fan of the PDF / Adobe Acrobat preview process. Too many potential tech problem with Acrobat. It puts too much resposnisbility on the customer, and not enough on PN. Ex: There was a print set up error in my first order, (not shown in the PDF preview).

Amazing As Always
Have not had a single issue since working with print ninja and again, I can not emphasize enough that it's AMAZING to have a domestic option so I can order smaller quantities and receive them much faster. PERFECT for what I am doing with my business and I can not recommend this option enough!
