Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

I received the help I needed to get the best quality book for the best price I could find. It took a little longer than I would have liked but that wasn't very important in my case.

For a company with "Ninja" in their name, they sure are slow!
I disliked how slow the process was to get my initial proof and also how slow my assigned agent was to respond. The prepress instructions were also NOT clear on the website or FAQ and I hope they fix it because it slowed down production significantly. I have 15+ years in the print industry, so I know how to do pre-press and if they'd put the correct way to paginate on the pre-press instructions I would have had my order in time. The finished products, while beautiful, did not arrive in time for my event so now they're just collecting dust until next year.

Print Ninja is always a joy to work with.
From the design and file submission phase all the way through the delivery, they are professional and helpful. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion, and the guides for file prep on their site are extremely detailed and helpful.
The books arrived safely, packed thoroughly to prevent any damage. Print Ninja's packing is hands-down the best I've ever seen from a printer.
To top it all off, my books turned out GORGEOUS. Better than I could have hoped. They had a combination of cover coatings, spot UV, and even painted edges. I was blown away by how well all these add-ons turned out.
I highly recommend using Print Ninja to anyone printing comics and graphic novels.
