Our American Office:We eliminate the language barrier by having full-time customer service and pre-press departments run from our Chicago office. We’re here to answer all of your questions, and to make sure everything about your order comes out exactly the way you intend it to. We also help you make sure your files are set up exactly right to prevent any surprises.
Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

A Flawless Experience from Start to Finish
PrintNinja made every aspect of my card game production a great experience. From their initial sample packs, to working with the sales team, to going into preproduction and production, these guys have it nailed. This was my first time having my game…
This was my first time having my game printed. Laura and Jen were super helpful and answered all my questions. Which is important to me. As this was my first time I wanted to learn the language and make sure the communication was clear. I asked some very simple questions and Laura and Jen answered them and encouraged more questions.

PrintNinja did an amazing job with my project! I designed an oracle deck and did a lot of research before deciding to work with PrintNinja on printing it. The reviews were right. They were so helpful and thorough throughout the process. They answered every question and concern I had and made sure I knew next steps and the process. This project also happened during the Tariff increase and Simon was amazing at helping me navigate that and still managed to get my project delivered on time and with beautiful results. The finished project is beyond what I could have hoped for! The materials they offer are high quality and reasonably priced. The cards are strong and beautifully printed. This was my biggest project to date and I am so happy I worked with PrintNinja!

2000 copies of my first comic…
I printed 2000 copies of my first comic book had no complaints about the entire price and the process. Comic #2 will be done in a few weeks and I would never consider taking my business elsewhere.

I was new to printing booklets, I was able to talk to an employee that walked me through the process. Every step went smooth and the print quality is unreal. Great people, very skilled. I'm sticking with them for all of my future projects
