Our American Office:We eliminate the language barrier by having full-time customer service and pre-press departments run from our Chicago office. We’re here to answer all of your questions, and to make sure everything about your order comes out exactly the way you intend it to. We also help you make sure your files are set up exactly right to prevent any surprises.
Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

I just received my books this week and they are quality. The whole process was easy due to the help I got from PrintNinja staff. Simon was amazing and he helped me through the process. He always responds promptly whenever I email him.

The software was a little challenging and I uploaded my files incorrectly. I eventually figured it out but it was frustrating. I wish I had been better informed to use a zip file.

Flawless, with great team support!
In all transparency, At the beginning after creating my quote, I did not have the highest hopes, but Laura got in contact with me an explained the quote process and that what I filled out was complete. Did not make a decision until a couple months later, and created a new quote with more accurate options and once again Laura picked up right where we left off, and adjusted my initial quote easily. Payment was smooth and we were off once I uploaded my document (also super easy). Email notifications throughout the whole process. Sam did an excellent job explaining the process and the dimensions of my artwork (came from another company that sent out a downloadble version to everyone, and very few physical copies to competition winners). Sam extended the bleed area and made the process seamless, all of the copies came out exactly how I wanted, and I thank Sam for making the edits and notes he did for my experience to be that much more flawless. I'm not sure if I was meant to receive two extra copies (7 total, ordered 5), but that's even better for the lovely experience I had dealing with multiple team members, and the process being easy and updated throughout every step was amazing! Thank you team, I will definitely return if I need other comic services!

Print Ninja is the best printing service in the Chicagoland area!
They go above and beyond with their customer service, their production process, and delivery service. I can't recommend them enough. They also have some pretty cool merch (love the ninja mask which helps me bike in the winter) and the ninja pens are so cool too! Print Ninja is the first company I think of when I meet new artists/writers/community organizations that need fast, reliable, and affordable printing services. I will continue to use them for years.
