Returned a granite baking tray that had a 10 year guarantee when the coating started to peel off. Exchanging it was easy.
Excellent service and such a huge choice of items. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have purchased several items from you on other occasions, and all have been well made and long lasting.

So much to choose from and great quality
The shop has all kinds of usefull items, very good brands. I was looking for an item for more than 3 years now and found it in the shop. Really happy.
Shop is in great place, too. Parking is free and many other good shops around.
Think it's also a good choice when looking for gifts: house warmings, weddings.
To be honest: I'm not the kind of woman who likes kitchen appliances for birthdays and Christmas, but occasions as above are great.

Cookshops are now few and far between…
Cookshops are now few and far between but we came straight into the store and found exactly what we were looking for in under a minute! Also managed to find a couple more things that we weren’t looking for but will come in useful. Impressed by the 10 year guarantee on the muffin tin, seems very good quality.

My kettle intermittingly boils for too…
My kettle intermittingly boils for too long before switching off. I went back to ask for a refund as I felt it was a design fault. They tried it twice and they judged it as fine and so would only give me( reluctantly) an exchange. I felt they were accusing me of making up the fault, as they said there was nothing wrong with the kettle and if I came back again they would not give me a refund, as they would have lost money on two kettles.
