I was told the knife holder I bought works with any knives. It doesn’t. We were not local from where we bought it from so need to travel someone to return it.

Great staff in the Cheshire Oaks store, super friendly and helpful a credit to the company.

Great shopping experience, lots of choice and some good offers on too.

Bought a French press and some coffee beans from Cheshire Oakes . Staff gave excellent service and the products are lovely .

All good we went in to enquire about a cup, none in stock, bought an alternative one. The lady who served us was lovely and friendly

The lady that served me was extremely knowledgeable on all products. I came away from store with a lovely new knife set which is a great investment, along with other items.. I am definitely planning on buying the Elite range of pans too.

Staff in Cheshire Oaks store were amazing, great experience both times ive been in. To early to review products longevity but theyre great so far.

I phoned my local Procook store to order a sauce an and arrange collection. The young lady that I spoke to was very welcoming and efficient and put my item in their storeroom immediately. When I collected it 2 days later, I was served by the same young lady. Excellent service.

The cashier charged me more 10pence for carriage bag but she not give me it only packed it with paper.What for she charged me?

In store service at Cheshire Oaks was excellent. Not pushy at all but informative to enable me to make a decision in which knives I would prefer.

Customer service fantastic.
The product though, part of roasting tin set had been in service for only a few visits to the oven at 180degree Celsius, had started to lose its non stick coating, peeling off to reveal bare metal underneath . Hopefully the replacement set lasts longer

Very good service. The lady explained the difference between the two casserole pans I was looking at very clearly. This helped me make a decision on which pan to purchase.
