Went to the Guildford shop, purchased a wok and a stock pot. The assistant was really polite and helpful. Really happy with the products as well. Will shop there again.

Greated by a smile at the payment desk when I approached to ask if they stocked a particular item. The man knew exactly what I was looking for, where it would be and took me to the item. He was informative and engaging in a natural way and came across as a person happy in his job and proud of the company (just what any employer would want). The item was well made and a good price. The staff member also explained about the free guarantee items came with.

my dog was allowed into store
my dog was allowed into store! that makes a huge difference to me. I cannot leave a dog tied up outside any store.

Useful kitchen items.
I found two useful items that I had been looking for since January, and were not available in other local shops.
Also the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
