Friendly and approachable
One of the staff members checked if we needed any help, directed us to the product we wanted to see, answered our questions about it, and kept it behind the till whilst we browsed. We felt well attended.

Excellent service from Staff in the Harrogate store
Staff in the Harrogate store are very helpful. They contacted me as promised to let me know the crokery I needed to complete our set was back in stock and kept the bowls aside for us to pick up at a later date.

The shop is anazing. If you cook, it should be your go to shop . It has everything you could want and more. Staff were friendly and very helpful with really good product knowledge, offering advise when requested.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
We travelled to the Harrogate shop especially to choose some new kitchen knives. The assistant was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated each collection from basic to high end options. Well worth the journey and we will be back to purchase more.

Cooks heaven
Fantastic range of cooking equipment. Many bargain prices as well as luxury items. Among several things I bought a small serrated kitchen knife which was just what I wanted. So worth a visit.

lovely kitchenware store
fantastic store with lovely helpful staff. great range of high quality kitchen ware. there were some great offers on sale which caught my eye as was long for some replacement kitchen knives. very satisfied with purchase and shopping experience.
