Well layed out shop. Easy to find what I was looking for

Great product, supportive service

The shop is spacious and immaculate. A massive range of quality ProCook products makes this a go-to shop for the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful and I will definately return.

Hereford store. Sales person understood our requirements, was helpful and informative about the products. All staff in the store were very friendly.

First time of visiting this store. Staff member was very welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. Will definitely be back

Very helpful staff and good value products

I wanted a new knife . Knew what I wanted ,picked it ,payed for it job done no hassel.

Helpful service

Unfortunately your product , the ProCook PodPress broke after only the 4th pod being recycled. It literally broke within 5mins of use. We were only visiting Hereford for the day from Cardiff otherwise we would have returned the faulty product. Are you able to provide a replacement ?

The two assistant we’re very pleasent & helpful. Offering advice not only of the products but cooking advice also. Very helpful for someone who is teaching myself to be a better cook.

Good service

I have been served several times at ProCook Hereford, and every experience has been excellent. Luke was extremely kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different knives, which whetstone I should use, and we even discussed diamond sharpeners.

I left the store happy and smiling, confident that I had chosen exactly what I needed.

I later returned to purchase a leather knife bag to store my knives – top quality and very reasonably priced.

I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent experience and service

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff with a massive range of kit, one of my favourite shops!

Overall a good experience but felt like we was being followed around the shop by a staff member which made us feel uneasy.

I bought some professional stainless steel frying pans for my son, knowing he is very fond of ProCook products. The assistant was very helpful, told me she had the same ones I was buying and told me I needed to season them first. However, none of the guidelines that came with the pans mentioned this.
My son was delighted with the frying pans. The research we have done since then reveals some controversy, with some saying you should season them and others not. It would be good to know what ProCook thinks on this topic and perhaps include their recommendations in the accompanying care guide information. He first used them without seasoning them and they seemed fine. All in all, lovely pans.
