We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.

Exemplary Service
I had reason to seek a replacement pan due to a problem with it. I received exemplary service from Stewart in the Livingston store, who initially sought to understand the problem and then guided me through the replacement process, including offering his own thoughts and recommendations on a suitable alternative. 48 hours later I am now in receipt of the new pan and delighted with it. Thanks

Service in the shop at Livingstone…
Service in the shop at Livingstone Designer Outlet was excellent. They also activated a 2 year guarantee for me areas of leaving it to me when I got home.
The product was also an excellent price.

Great staff interaction
Great staff interaction, very helpful, initially thought the store was out of the product that I had been looking for but another colleague went and checked the stock room and located the item.
Was so thankful for them taking the time to do this as I had checked online and in 3 other stores
