Beautiful shop, stunning displays and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bought some lovely knives but not used yet so cannot comment on them yet.

Sticky non stick frying pan…
Went in with an a non stick frying pan that had developed a ‘sticky’ patch after just a few months. Exchanged for a replacement with no problems at all.

Attentive pleasant staff
Staff available to give information and were very attentive. Told the assistant what we wanted but were going elsewhere first and going back - when we got back everything was waiting behind the checkout!

Andy was absolutely fantastic, probably the best customer service we’ve had from a shop in years, dont find kindness like that anymore.
Faye was also brilliant and the rest of the team were really helpful and polite.
From this service alone they’ve aquired a life long customer.

Bought a knife, which when I got home realised it was the wrong one so returned it to the shop.
Assistants very helpful in determining which one would suit my purpose best and exchanged it. Well wrapped and sealed so safe on public transport.

Shop looked really good but not really…
Shop looked really good but not really impressed by service of staff. I was looking for products and had to interrupt 3 members of staff talking at the till. Wasnt too worried about that but was shown where they were but never asked if I needed any help. I had seen the product online and it had been discounted. I had to go back to the 3 staff members and show the ones I was interested in on my phone and ask which ones they were. They were pointed out to me but the original price was still on them which would have encouraged other customers to be interested in them. It would be fair to say staff more interested in talking to each other then to customers on this occasion
