Great service
Great service, was going to buy separately as couldn’t see a set but sale associate said there was a set which worked out better value. She was very helpful, happy and polite.

I have not visited a ProCook shop…
I have not visited a ProCook shop before. Super chap helped me choose a product (steamer basket). He was very knowledgable and patient with my endless questions. Left with my new steamer and an eye on a kettle for an Induction Hob. Great store and will use again.

Great quality products
Had a lovely young woman help me with my purchases. I bought some silicone utensils and a timer shaped like an egg . I am pleased with the quality of all the products which I bought .

The member of staff who served me wrapped a potentially breakable item very securely so I was able to carry it home safely. This was in the Norwich branch which was in St. Stephen’s Street which is not in your list of locations which needs to be updated.

I found the service friendly
I found the service friendly, quick and efficient, exactly what I needed it to be at the end of the day.
I found the kettle I wanted and have now used it for a couple of days. It looks good and though it is not the most quiet of kettles, it does the job and pretty quickly too.

Loved the lay out of the shop and had so many good offers on. The shop assistant was great - showed an interest in helping us and then left us alone to look further and answered all our questions - very knowledgeable and helpful!
Also the location on this review says it’s still at Notcutts but it’s moved to Norwich City Centre which is where I went.
