Poor quality
We purchased a set of baking trays and have always thought that ProCook was good quality. However, the non stick coating is incredibly thin and came off very quickly without any force being used.
Very disappointing.

Good experience all round
I had a good browse without any interference from staff, but when I needed some assistance, the customer service was good as I expected. This store has an extensive range of products, some of which I have also bought online.

Great customer service, the ladies could not be more helpful (Plymouth) unlike the staff in Bluewater where I left my purchase on the counter and walked out
