We fell upon the store nor realising there was one in Swindon. Lots of selection, and space to browse all on display. Excellent customer service that was greatly appreciated.

Would recommend this shop
Used pro cook at Swindon outlet, I needed to replace a pro cook saucepan that I had heated without putting water in - a total accident staff were really helpful and worked out the size I needed. Recommend them if you have any doubts talk to the staff

Honourable seller
We have purchased many items of ProCook cooking pans over the years and found them to be of high quality and long lasting. A 28cm non stick coated sauteuse pan recently lost its non-stick properties after many years of use but well within the 15 year life guarantee that accompanied its original sale. We returned the item to the store along with the receipt, which was almost illegible, but our purchase was electronically located in the system and we received a no-quibble replacement on the spot.
This was a much appreciated gesture and a pleasant surprise as there are several caveats that could have been used to avoid issuing a replacement. It's a rare event nowadays that a retailer genuinely honours guarantee periods but ProCook did the honourable thing.

We particularly love their knives with the safety sleeves. The knives are very sharp and the protective safety sleeves is a must. 👍🏻

I popped into pro cook in the Swindon outlet village to get some new knives and a frying pan. Karol helped me, let me explore the range and had some excellent tips for caring for my new purchases. Good Quality and Service
I wanted to buy some cutlery as a present. The member of staff I spoke to was really helpful. She showed me comparable items so that I could make an informed choice. I will certainly shop with the company again.
