We fell upon the store nor realising there was one in Swindon. Lots of selection, and space to browse all on display. Excellent customer service that was greatly appreciated.

Knowledgable and friendly assistants in the Swindon Shopping Village Outlet store. Bought a set of 3 uncoated stainless steel frying pans. Only cooked in one so far, but am pleased.

The assistant who served us told us of an offer...
The assistant who served us on the till was really helpful and told us about the offer - if you spend £50 you get £10 off. We hadn't realised there was an offer on, so went and picked up another item - which was a great bonus!

Helpful staff
I was buying a set of pots and pans as I am moving out. The staff were incredibly helpful. They made sure the bags weren’t too heavy and wrapped everything up. This was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. The staff helped us get all the stuff to the till.
