Buying a frying pan
I wanted to buy a frying pan. The man in the shop was very good. He gave me all the information I needed and I was happy to buy one. Very good customer service. The pan looks good but I haven’t used it yet. I think it is just what I wanted.

Went into store to look for the saucepan offers. A member of staff was very helpful as I couldn’t see the offer I had seen online. He talked me through the options and I made a purchase. Thank you

The ProCook store provides a pleasing shopping experience.
The ProCook store is very well laid out, there is a vast range of products which are presented in a spacious, clean and light environment. The staff were helpful without being intrusive, informative and relaxed. I was very impressed and will be returning soon.
