Lovely Products but a bitter taste?
Excellent products. Buy time and again. Visited York shop and immediately told about the 20% discount by a member of staff. Then strangely heard the shop manager discussing the daily turnover target with her team in an open shop which I thought a little strange. Made multiple purchases and checking receipt on drive home noticed 20% not applied. Emailed shop to be told selected products and based on cookware so not refund due. Having bought cookware from a section with the offer under the product and the website offering the same 20% it seemed a little strange and perhaps misleading. Considered returning goods and simply buying on the website at a cheaper price but a little too much hassle. Will be back thought as products are lovely!
