On this occasion I added to my cutlery collection. No problem finding the product. I also found a cutlery set for my grandson featuring a giraffe. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

Excellent products and Service
I desperately needed to replace my old set of pots and pans. my old set is from pro cook has been discontinued . But a lovely shop assistant from the York store Anna/Ana came to my rescue and was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the right combination between Elite Forged and professional stainless steel range to replace all of my pots and pans .

We needed to replace a couple of pans
We needed to replace a couple of pans. Knew the sizes we needed, so many different types to choose from; the sales person explained the differences and we bought a couple of pans.
