First window air conditioner that doesn't fill up with water to where the fan ends up blowing water inside the home Midea is the brand very happy with my purchase I live in Florida so it works well under high humidity conditions cools my room which isn't super large but isn't the size of a bathroom I'm very happy with this product I've had this unit for about 3 to 4 months now

The mobile game app Smash Fest allows scammers to place ads on their site and when I sent them a message they don’t even bother to respond. For everyone out there, so you don’t get caught. This is the message I sent Smash Fest Support below.

I must say I can’t believe you allow a scammer to rip off your guests playing your app game. I now know they are a known as non-deliver company as they caught me. If their ad reappears on your site, I will delete your game and tell others I’ll also be lodging it on Trust Pilot website that you support a low life scammer. How embarrassing!!

Ponzalkoon is flagged as a fraudulent non-delivery scam that advertises cheap bulk clothing (such as discounted Dickies t-shirts) on mobile game apps. Consumer reports on the Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker and analysis from Scamadviser show that the site takes payments, sends fake tracking info, and never delivers items. [1, 2, 3]

Bitsgap Accelerator:
I purchased a subscription of Bitsgap Accelerator and feeI I'm NOT getting what was promised. I communicated my issues with the owner and have subsequently been cut off and ghosted, but no refund as yet. If anyone knows how to contact the owner please let me know.

ZERO STARS — EXTREMELY SERIOUS CONCERNS REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION

I would have given this company zero stars if that option were available.

I purchased an air purifier as a gift and experienced an unreasonably long delay before the order was finally shown as being on its way. After waiting several additional days, I contacted the company and was informed that the item had supposedly been delivered.

The item was not received.

I immediately contacted the company to resolve the matter. I was then offered a replacement, but I was told that I needed to withdraw my PayPal dispute before the replacement would be sent.

I relied on that representation and withdrew my PayPal complaint in good faith.

However, after I withdrew the dispute, no replacement was sent, no refund was provided, and the matter was effectively left unresolved.

This is extremely concerning. I surrendered an important avenue of payment protection because the company represented that it would remedy the situation, yet the promised remedy was not provided.

I consider this conduct highly misleading and unacceptable. At the very least, the circumstances raise serious questions about the company’s representations to customers and the way complaints and payment disputes are handled.

I have retained records of the transaction, communications and representations made to me and will consider referring the matter to the appropriate consumer protection and payment-dispute authorities for further investigation.

I strongly recommend that other consumers exercise extreme caution and ensure they do not withdraw any payment dispute or consumer complaint solely on the basis of a promise from this company unless the matter has actually been resolved.

I paid for a product. I did not receive the product, I did not receive the promised replacement, and I did not receive my money back.

That is simply unacceptable.

If you have ever had to deal with help support on ebay you will know how frustrating it is to have to deal with a machine with no brain. Their warranty to refund if a product is faulty is false. They will always side with the seller and that is why I have deleted the app and asked them to do the same with my account. You will regret it one day if you get an ebay account.

Worst courier that goes with his reputation and do absolutely nothing to correct it . 15 days for a parcel that never showed up . Back log is the excuse , always . Hunter express , close the business and go sell sandwiches ..

Quality extensions and customer service is exceptional as I had an item that couldn’t be shipped that I’d paid for. They offered a refund or credits towards other product with an additional discount on top. Highly recommend.

I bought a cushion from Josh and Tate and have incurred additional charges one month later. They apologised via email and then disputed my claim so I am now wasting my time going through the process again. Josh and Tate have this as their modus operandi. Save your credit card details and just keep charging! Do not buy from Josh and Tate

DPEX and Team Global couriers: This company fails to send updates and then lies about making a delivery attempt. I have proof that no courier from their company attempted a delivery this morning. Dishonest and incompetent. And I paid for Express. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

CarJet – Avoid if you expect a refund
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CarJet.
When I made my booking, I was told that I could cancel the booking up until the time of collection. I relied on that information when making the booking.
I cancelled the booking before the collection time, exactly as I understood I was entitled to do. Despite this, CarJet has refused to refund my money.
If I had been told from the beginning that cancelling before collection could result in me losing my money, I would not have booked under those conditions.
I have tried to resolve the issue, but CarJet still will not provide the refund I believe I am entitled to based on what I was told when booking.
My advice to anyone considering CarJet is to carefully document the cancellation and refund conditions before paying. Based on my experience, I would not use CarJet again.
CarJet: I am still asking you to honour the cancellation conditions I was given and refund my money.

I brought a Samsung charger based on a representative's advice. It was the wrong charger and I tried to return it. I was on the phone for 21 minutes and finally told that I could not return it because I had opened the package. How could I tell it was unsuitable if I didn't look at it. This is totally unacceptable. By law you should be able to return a product that is not fit for purpose.

The beautiful ocean projector going all over face book etc, saying it helps you sleep etc is nothing but a hoax all you get is a stand still cartoon picture of an Octopus!! The Ggbeaty and they won't give me a refund even though it is completely false advertising!

I would like to complaint about Netflix service. The Hollywood actors only do A on the movies. Where as Indian actors on Netflix do more than A. They first clea in eyen of Indian actors then they clea in there sound. Then write on there sounds clea there ambs. We are paying for Netflix service and want us safe in our dine. So what I want is that the Indian movies actors should only A in our dine.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: After I cancelled my wardrobe I received a phone call from Ikea wanting to assist me. I am always happy to listen and compromise. Two plus weeks and many phone calls later (you need to wait for them to phone as you cannot contact the person who is helping you) we have come to an amicable solution and I have reinstated my order for the PAX wardrobe system. They have arranged delivery for this week so fingers crossed for that. BUT.... (there is always a but) ... it does NOT include the a carcas that fits into the middle of one wall. Thankfully I have a great builder who will travel back to install it when it does arrive. So I give a star to Daniel at Ikea for his tenacity and customer relations.
My bookcases I installed a few weeks ago that fit a 4 metre wall floor to ceiling look great and I am happy with the product. Hopefully the room of wardrobes will be as good....stay tuned!
You really should have minus star section as Ikea would fall into that category. What a chaotic Company!

One hour wait time on the phone? Chat bot that knows nothing? Aren't bots supposed to be intelligent? Humans that say "you guys" every five seconds to an 80 year old woman. The list goes on and on.
I ordered bookcases at a cost of almost $2,000 and delivery of $200. So far they look good and thankfully I had a builder who knew what he was doing putting them together and fixed them well to the wall. How do they expect a homeowner to lift boxes at 50kg per box when the driver does not care where they are left.
So, I then decided to order a PAX wardrobe system to fit out a whole room as a dressing room. BIG mistake! The corner wardrobes consist of a one metre carcas and a 500mm carcas sold as one unit .(Or in Swedish 110.5cm and 50cm. Nobody here works in centimetres when building.) Well and good until you come to the checkout and it tells you that the one metre is not available for delivery but can be collected at Tempe but the 500mm unit can be delivered. This unit is sold as ONE unit not two and yet they cannot deliver it.I was told it is a problem at the distriution Centre. Is it really beyond the wit of man that they cannot send a truck to the Tempe store and take it to the distribution Centre and put it on a delivery truck. A young man who would not let me get a word in and kept saying "you guys will have to collect it" because that is the system. Just sticking to the script in front of him and talking at a hundred miles and hour. I have spent SIX HOURS on the phone over the past two days trying to find a transport Company to collect my order as I live 90 minutes from Sydney and have a small car but nobody will do it. I will be cancelling my wardrobes and going to Bunnings for metal rails and get the builder to install them. Problem solved and for a few dollars!
So, Ms Viianen, CEO, what are you going to do to overhaul your stytem and get a better rating than 1.6
I would be ashamed if I was running a Company that had as many negative comments as Ikea does. Perhaps you need to get out all the tools in the box (if the parts are not missing) and start building a better Company. Good luck with that one!

Purchased a $3200 TV about 6 years ago. Had issues ever since. Three years ago the entire power board was replaced. That’s the complete workings of the TV. Then two years ago had the screen replaced due to colour issues.

Now it won’t turn on.

LGs response is, “its a 6 year old tv and out of warranty”
Sorry LG, but you maths is off…being that the entire tv has been replaced over the last three years… its not a 6 year old TV

Wouldn’t recommend it, unless it’s a super cheap TV and you don’t mind getting rid of it after a few years.

Our experience with ProductReview has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Our business currently has a very low rating on ProductReview based on only a small number of reviews, which is prominently displayed on Google and is negatively affecting our online reputation.

In an effort to obtain a more representative picture of our genuine customers' experiences, we launched two separate campaigns asking real customers to leave feedback. One was conducted directly by us via SMS, and the other was a Manual Invitation Campaign using ProductReview's own platform.

Customers have received and engaged with these invitations, yet virtually no additional reviews have appeared on our profile.

This is particularly difficult to understand considering that our business has hundreds of reviews and a very strong overall rating on another major independent review platform.

We completely respect negative customer feedback and are not asking for legitimate negative reviews to be removed. However, when a profile based on only a handful of reviews is causing significant reputational damage, while genuine customers invited to provide additional feedback are apparently not completing or publishing reviews, we believe the platform should provide much greater transparency and support.

We have asked ProductReview for assistance and clarification regarding the review process, campaign conversion and whether there may be barriers preventing customers from successfully publishing their feedback.

For a platform whose business is built around transparency and consumer reviews, we would expect considerably better transparency and support for the businesses listed on it.

At this stage, our experience has been very disappointing.

Purchased a vanity from Zure Pty Ltd which was not what I expected, it was ready in 24 hours, box had already been opened and repacked wrong, I say previously returned, its is pure plastic rubbish and purple tone not white, not PVC and a marble top like described actual cheap plastic
