A truely horrible, scary and intimidating experience - avoid this company. Booked a plumber and electrician several days in advice - but needed to cancel as parts had not arrived. Cancelled two days ahead of booking and cancellation was confirmed. Rung by his company on the morning of the scheduled booking - I told them it was cancelled and cancellation confirmed via WhatsApp. I was then screamed at, told I was a liar, told they would come into my property anyway, I was told it would not be trespassing because I had not cancelled the booking, they would charge me and make me pay even if they did no work. Very scary - still shaking.

Very bizarre - somehow they managed to embed their number within google sponsored results when I clearly looked for "domestic electricians in [insert home town]". Their number comes up under the banner of a reputable local electrician.

Was quoted £180 for call out fee and first half an hour. The guy came and, in fairness, fixed the problem. The only issue was he then confirmed that the price was £180 call out fee then £180 per hour after that, plus VAT, plus parts. Had to pay by bank transfer in to his personal account. No invoice.

Obviously I now feel stupid but not quite sure what else you are supposed to do when someone has already fixed the problem and standing in your home asking for payment.

Lesson well and truly learnt, but the strangest thing is I didn't even know I was dealing with this agency until after the bloke had left.

A total rip off in terms of price. The company charged a fixed fee of £1,500 plus call out £79 plus Admin £157 plus VAT for unblocking a toilet on the Sunday at August 2026 Bank Holiday weekend.

I cancelled a call-out with over an hour notice, they sent the plumber out anyway. The plumber said they have done this to him before. They then called me and imitated the POLICE to get through the Apple’s call screening, and tried to scare me into paying them. DO NOT USE. Absolute scammers

If I could give zero stars I would.
I was charged £280 for a callout and basic diagnostic for a blown fuse, by a guy who took one look at the fuse board, winced theatrically, and very clearly saw a chance for a quick buck. He quoted me £9k for a complete rewire. For a blown fuse.
I can't think of a worse experience. I called this company because I needed an electrician to come out. I booked an appointment for 4 days later, so this wasn't even am emergency appointment - which would have, possibly justified the elevated cost. I obviously had no choice but to pay since he had "Done the work" which involved taking some lightbulbs out and not putting them back.
Seriously, avoid this company at all costs. Dodgy af.

Promised a lot and failed to deliver . Don’t bother . You are dealing with a phone salesman who is not in anyway attached to the trade supplying the service .
Ticket clippers /Fee munchers .
Bad for the customer and bad for the tradesmen’s reputation.

I would put a 0 star if I could . My boyfriend rang this company they quoted £150 for two light fittings . The company agreed with my boyfriend when the jobs are done he will send bank transfer . I was on my own in my house when the electrician came . I’m only a young girl on my own . When the job was done he told me the job was £350 . I explained my boyfriend and made arrangements with the company for him to pay when the company got the quote . The man said I can’t leave without the £350 . Obviously I didn’t want to argue with the man as I didn’t know him and I was on my own in my house . He fully took advantage of the situation knowing full well I would just pay . He also lied telling this company I agreed to £350 before he started the jobs lies lies lies !

The lady on the phone is so rude and when you question why we need to pay a call out fee before the tradesperson has even looked at it she leaves a bad review on your business pretending she’s a client page fortunately we have everything recorded and am able to get this company done for slander and by looking at the other reviews this will only strengthen our case.

In November 2025 my immersion heater started to leak, and my usual plumber wasn’t available. I contacted this company and within 30-45 minutes someone was sent out and fixed the issue for £180 - pricey for less than 15 minutes work but it was a leak so I needed it done.

I’ve chased for an invoice many times and received no correspondence, tried calling the number and it disconnects straightaway, and the automated bot on WhatsApp is useless.

They charge ridiculous amounts because we are desperate to get something fixed and then disappear off the face of the earth. DO NOT USE.

Edit: I finally received my invoice. In future, please send your invoices on the day of the job rather than waiting for a customer to harass you six months after the job was completed. Be better.

These scammers leave negative feedback on google to other heating and plumbing which are genuine companies just so their agency can get more jobs they are big scammers based in ALBANIA. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Dear god what kind of company/agency is this. I was quoted 60 pounds over the phone to rewire, one ceiling rose. The electrician was apologetic when he shown me the txt he had. The job was £244 for a ceiling rose. You people are going to be reported to trading standards. Daylight
robbery. The electrician was apologetic when lovely lovely man. Shame he works for a bunch of thieves

Update: some woman called me and was very very rude. Talking over me and the biggest joke was she said she would play the recording of me, agreeing to pay. Well I could only hear about two words I’d said. The rest was garbled. I’d had enough and called her a liar and a thief and that their response was dishonesty, disrespectful, unprofessional and downright stealing. Well I have saved all conversations & recorded everything. I’m going to take this further starting with seeking legal advice. If they happen to read this just know YOU HAVE MESSED WITH AND TRIED TO STEAL from the wrong person. I did not get a degree in consumer law, for nothing. So let’s bring it on. Get ready.

Actually I wouldn't even give them 1 star! A very unprofessional company indeed. They advertise themselves as local plumbers (under various names) but these companies are totally fake. After chatting on the phone with someone who's English wasn't clear and who ignored all my questions, the guy sent a plumber round to my place. He stated the price was £180. What he didn't make clear was it was £180 per hour!! Absolutely ridiculous! I only needed my washer plumbing in so I thought oh just pay it and get the job done. Big mistake! This is the best bit; the plumber appeared to take his time. He kept making unnecessary trips out to his van. 6 times in all. Then after 1 hour 12 minutes he finished (yes I was timing him). He said the total cost was £375!! That was £180 x 2 hours and £15 parts. WTAF!!! His little trips to his van were clearly to waste time so he could charge for 2 hours instead of 1. A genuine plumber could have done the job in half the time. My advice is STAY WELL AWAY!!! Read the other reviews as other customers have had similar experiences. I asked for an itemised bill/invoice but never received one.

I called to book an EICR and they couldn't tell me what the final cost was. They wanted to charge the visit plus the certificate for around £400.

When trying to cancel, they wouldn't take my messages, only a phone call to not leave logs anywhere.

A very rude woman refused to cancel the service even though it goes against all Customer Services rules in the UK.

This is a scam business.

This service seems to be a scam. They sent some around to fix a tap, but he didn't actually fix it. Instead just charged £190 to turn the stopcock off and put silicon around the tap unit. Very vague about what he did. Over a month later I'm still chasing the invoice and keep getting fobbed off. All very dodgy. Avoid at all costs. If they can send me an invoice that would be something

Called for an emergency electrician for blown fuse board. Said it was a local company and they’d be here in half an hour. Received a call asking for a bank transfer for payment which instantly seemed odd. Refused and said it would be card and she said the electrician can’t accept a card I told her to cancel it then but she said she would get in touch with him and say bring a card machine. I knew this was unlikely so said cancel it. She didn’t and I couldn’t call her back, there was no answer. Called head office and explained and the guy said he’d cancel it. The woman then immediately called again and said she had told me it couldn’t be cancelled and I’d be charged for the amount. Electrician (local self employed guy) turned up 2 hours after original call and wouldn’t leave until I paid £90 fee saying he hadn’t been told the call was cancelled and the company had said there were no logs of any calls made to cancel. They also trade under a different name on Google search (24/7 emergency electric) and appear to have stolen reviews to make themselves look better.

One word. Scammers

if i could rate 0 i fully would. the call line people are terrible in general, i am disabled and as soon as they made a mistake sending my out the wrong person they still made me pay full and ignored my called for few days till i contacted the company explaining things they just gave me a disabled good well gesture coupon and hang up immediately after saying ‘sorry ma’am’ they are HORRID

Liars. Deceitful. Overpriced. Don’t tell information and say did. Don’t fix the job properly. Scamming people out of money.

I don’t feel I need to explain myself any further to this company who have asked for further information on my review. Look back at your records for Saturday and you will see plus I spoke to you in the week regarding the issues. Awful company and people doing the jobs. Ripping people off.
