I have worked with various companies carrying out mystery shopper visits and teen are by far the best company I have worked with , they pay quickly and flexible too . Definitely recommend to others. .

I have been mystery shopping for about 14 years and with a number of various companies. Tern are by far the best payers, sometimes paying on the day of the assignment! They also have fabulous, helpful and friendly staff!

Most of their jobs are quick and easy, and they pay quicker than other companies rather than making you wait until the next month. It’s friendly and no-nonsense at the same time.

Best of the sites in my experience. Friendly, supportive team. Payments are made promptly too

After I wrote a full report and attached photos from the store, I was asked to explain the appearance of the staff who served. It was not in the prior instructions! My report was marked as incomplete in their system. I spent much time communicating with them and waited for 18 days until Tern paid me back £6.50 for a sandwich. Too much time and effort to receive £4 for a report.

Its not legit, they are not clear & transparent if you walk in with some on floor they would simply blame you and not pay althouvh its no where in their beforehand instructions Moreover they are involved with 3 store and their retail staff is already passed on the information whose coming and when so Three mobile and Tern both are fooling actual customers

Great place for learning the German language and getting a job abroad in Germany. I am super excited after getting a Visa. I highly recommend TERN.

Tern is a good company to be a mystery shopper good communication lots of different projects and pays promptly

For pocket money it ok the company avoid they send you to different job without apologizing for the trouble cause ,avoid never work for them again ,as well they assign you some jobs which they are not assigned it was ok in the 2023 ,waste of time energy

Love Tern. They are my favourite mystery shopping company - their staff are always so friendly and pay super quickly, much more quickly than their competitors. They don’t always have an abundance of mystery shops available where I live but that’s the only downside.

I’ve been a shopper with Tern for a couple of years now. The experience on the whole has been a positive one, I live in the South West and do sometimes find the number of visits available to me isn’t great but there are usually telephone assignments which aren’t restricted geographically. When I have completed visits, I found them pretty easy to do and payment is quick.

Easy to follow briefs, helpful staff and super quick payments. I picked up my first visit last Wednesday, did my second visit on Friday and have been paid for both today. Great to earn some extra money right before Christmas!

Really not impressed.. I’ll leave it at that!

The food was some of the best I’ve tasted after a lifetime of being lucky enough to visit some incredible restaurants…
The atmosphere, staff and most importantly the chef deliver mind blowing food presented in a way that makes you feel happy that so much effort has been made

The sunset views over the water are just stunning and I can’t wait to go back

You have done really badly so far.I thought this is a job worth looking at and began filling a mystery shopper profile. I quickly decided to forget about this idea when I found that I need to give my bank details and the payments offered for this type of job. In spite of not completing the profile and asking your director of operations to remove my details I started receiving job offers from your co. I had to ask Kelly twice to remove my data but still receiving offers from you!!! I’ll warn anybody interested in your co. to avoid working with or for you

This is an excellent company to work with. Their assignments are varied and communication is excellent. All payments due are prompt, as you are paid within a few days. I highly recommend Tern.

Great mystery shopping company to work with. Interesting jobs, easy to understand briefs, always someone available to help out if you need assistance, and they pay quicker than any other company I know !! Couldn't recommend more !!
