Very disappointed to be writing this, as I have had several positive experiences with Proovia in the past.

My item was damaged in transit. Proovia were aware of the damage before delivery and admitted responsibility.

I have now been waiting for a resolution for over a month. The claims team have been unhelpful and have recently stopped responding to my emails.

It feels as though they are hoping I will eventually give up chasing the matter and then they will not have to reimburse me.

I won’t be doing that, and I will now be pursuing the matter through my bank instead.

A very disappointing experience, particularly given my previously positive experiences with Proovia.

They collection times are dreadful,never kept always late I am always last or near to last as I am close to Birmingham. Commercial premises so they promise to be here before closing but either late or cancelled.
I can't fault the drivers as always helpful.

An Etsy seller booked Proovia to bring a bench to a mansion block in Fulham, confirmed for 15 September. The driver arrived, didn't deliver, and I was invoiced £32 as a failed delivery fee.

Proovia say they called me five times. My phone's call log shows no incoming call that day, and I sent them the screenshot. They also said the access link I'd provided was invalid; it opens perfectly well, including from their own email. Their driver's photograph shows him at the car park exit. The porters' lodge, staffed 24 hours a day and perfectly happy to take a parcel against a resident's name, is about 100 feet away and clearly signposted.

The bench was eventually delivered on 17 September, in good order, by a driver I have no complaint about. What I object to is the charge. When I declined to pay it, Proovia didn't withdraw it. They then transferred the bill to the seller who was not allowed to book another delivery until they paid the fee. The seller is a small independent maker who had done nothing wrong and who now has £32 less for a delivery failure that wasn't his.

Prompt, courteous replies throughout. But a company that responds to a disputed fee by quietly charging someone else isn't one I'd book again, and if you're selling through them, be aware this can land on you.

Excellent communication with me in advance of the delivery and on the day itself, by SMS, email and phone.
Arrived early in the three hour time window, 35 minutes in.
Found the delivery point without needing to phone for further directions - unusual, given our location, down a track, in a rural village, without house numbers, where the postcode is not very helpful. Unlike many courier services, they use What3Words - a definite must for our location.
This would have been 5*, however unfortunately one of the delivery team left a large black handprint on a white wall - not discovered until after their departure!
