Used someone else's certificate.
Asked for a translation of a matriculation certificate. They charged 41$.
What I got in return was someone else's matriculation certificate, with my ID number inserted.
It was a completely different format than mine, it had the name of the actual person that certificate belongs to, it had their grades, their school name (mine was NOT in Tel Aviv...).
Basically they took someone else's certificate and inserted my ID. Super unprofessional. Also a breach of privacy.

Never got my translation
I paid, I got informed that the translation got shipped, they even claimed it got delivered but I never received my translation. Customer service is clearly foreign and uses a translator app to communicate with customers so half the time they didn't even understand what I was asking about. I doubt I'll get a refund either. Find someone local, I don't recommend them

Top level translation service
Thanks to their top level professional approach and delivery speed, I was never disappointed by working with ProTranslate. Their online platform is very easy to use, and they will keep being in contact with you during the whole process. There were even times when my documents were delivered during the weekend, which is much appreciated. It's the online translation serbice desk to go for me, I'd definitely recommend!

I was able to get a certified…
I was able to get a certified translation over a weekend from them. Usually we need to wait for a monday and this time - I didn't have the time to actually wait for offices to be open. Online certified translation is a blessing for such needs! I am happy to have found protranslate and happy to be able to do my paperwork's translation for my USCIS need. Process was quick - even the chat was staffed on a saturday night in USA - which is not typical where we usually get "AI" agents or annoying bots these days... Thanks for keeping the human touch!

Outcome is not usable
Outcome is not usable, so many ridiculous mistakes in translation and graphical appearance. It is clear that no human being went over this translation, probably just automatic translation. Google transllate would have done a better job.
