Failure to deliver the translation service on the promised date and misleading communication, resulting in serious inconvenience
On July 7, 2025, I submitted a request to Protranslate for a service that included translation, notarization, and apostille. I was assured by their customer representatives that the document would be delivered no later than Thursday, July 10, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the promised delivery was not fulfilled by the stated date.
I contacted customer service several times, but I was repeatedly given vague and misleading responses such as “it will be delivered today,” “it’s under review,” and “definitely tomorrow.” As of 6:00 PM on July 10, the document had still not been delivered. I had a deadline to submit the document to an institution in the United States, and this delay has caused direct professional and legal harm.
Furthermore, the email address provided to me (ezgi.akmese**protranslate.net) received no response, and despite several WhatsApp messages, I was unable to get a clear resolution from customer support.
This delay demonstrates:
Failure to fulfill the clearly stated delivery commitment
Misleading and evasive communication about the document's status
Lack of proper process tracking despite claims of being a corporate company
These issues violate consumer rights and raise concerns of deceptive business practices.
Therefore:
I am officially filing a consumer complaint against Protranslate.
I will report this incident on platforms such as Şikayetvar, Google, Apple, Trustpilot, and others.
All related documentation, including WhatsApp messages and screenshots, will be submitted to the relevant authorities as evidence.
Public Notice: I strongly advise others to think twice before working with this company to avoid similar experiences.

Quick and accurate
I needed translations of various documents at different times, and each time they were delivered quickly and accurately. I used all the documents at official institutions in the U.S. and I never encountered any problems. I would never consider using any other translation service.

Tłumaczenie zawierało błędy
Tłumaczenie zawierało błędy. Jest to moim zdaniem niedopuszczalne. To ja poprosiłam o tłumaczenie i zapłaciłam za nie ale to nie ja powinnam ich poprawiać. Owszem po moich uwagach poprawili błędne fragmenty. Wyobraźcie sobie teraz co by się stało gdybym w ogóle nie znała języka na który przetłumaczono mi tekst. Unikajcie tej firmy !!!

Reliable platform to work on
I have been working on Protranslate for at least 5 years and have always been quite comfortable with it.
You can sense that after years of collaboration, the platform, and more specifically the translation/revision project managers, have structured trust in me and I in theirs.
Payments are received without delay and without problems.
Deadlines are reasonable and can often be changed to suit your needs.
The quality of the submitted work is thoroughly checked so that the end client is fully satisfied.

Smooth, Fast, and Friendly Service
I used ProTranslate to translate a document into Turkish and get it notarized. The whole process was online, very professional, and super efficient. Their customer service was also incredibly responsive, answering all my questions quickly. I was really pleased and would definitely recommend them.

EVERYTHING WAS PERRRFECT

Unterlagen liegen nur digital vor. Ich kann das niemandem empfehlen.
Es bleibt mir nur dieses Unternehmen als Betrug bei meiner Kreditkartenfirma zu melden.
